OK, end of the month and I am no longer going to put Day One, Day Two, ETC. I will put a title if there is a worthy title to put.
Took all the trash to the dump. Repaired the holes in the drywall in both bathrooms where I removed the soap holder and toothbrush hoder. Repaired the toilet paper dispenser where the screws hoding it to the wall were ripping the paper when it turned. I finished cutting down all but one of the undecided trees left in the front yard (still undecided).
Vacation is almost over, I have to go back on Monday December 4th..........

Human pain does not let go of its grip at one point in time. Rather, it works its way out of our consciousness over time. There is a season of sadness. A season of anger. A season of tranquility. A season of hope

Wednesday!!!!
Got a few things planned for today. I added 8 more feet of seawall. I cleaned out everything from under the deck and arranged it with the tarp nailed up as the cover. I finished cutting the trees down on the side of the house. I cleaned the lawnmower and cranked it up so it could run a while. I pumped up all the tires on the lawnmower and wagon. I got the antenna untangled from the tree and pointed in the right direction....
I am really anxious to light the burnpit and start getting rid of some of these limbs and all............

Tuesday and I am still on vacation. Trying to get a few things done around the Lake House. I have cut all the extra trees on the side of the house and cleared the brush off all the way to the ditch. I also patched the big air leak under the house & put a new chain on the living room fan...........
At least i don't have to fret with the Pontoon boat as we donated it to Boatangels.com and the guy who bought it has already came and picked it up on the 18th.

Some day my boat will come in, and with my luck I'll be at the airport

Monday!!!!!! Wait though, I am on vacation so maybe it's not quite so bad........
I chopped some more bushes & saplings down in the front yard. I moved all the old limbs and brush that was under the deck and put them in to the new burn pit. I wish I had a frontloader. I wish my riding lawnmower was fixed. I dug up the grass close to the dock and moved it to another spot that needed some centipede......

And it was an easy day - easy, easy, easy..........

Saturday, Weekend........
Don't think I will put much here today cause I am going to relax and maybe have a little
Scotch.
He did but..............
We had a great day. Phil and Davy stopped by. We had hors deurves and enjoyed their company. Joe and I are going to relax and watch movies today and cook some good food.

Well, it is
Friday and I am just relaxing at the cabin. It is peaceful and that is what I need after all the hard work I have been doing.
I am now watching TV. I did a little tweaking with the satellite scan and now have over 1300 channels.........
I watched "The Foreign Affair" with David Arquette & Tim Blake Nelson this morning - Not too bad.
That is the begining of "I Walk The Line" on the pic below...........

Happy Thanksgiving everyone........
I hope everyone eats well today and has a wonderful time. I am on my way down to Cochran and hope to see a few people........
Back from Cochran. Saw a few people, ate a few things, and am happy to be back here at the
Lakehouse........

OK, finally
Wednesday and I will be leaving from work and heading to the
Lakehouse. I am really ready for a little R&R and getting a few things done around the place that has been needing attention. I will be smoking a pork loin to take down to Cochran for Thanksgiving......... Hell with work, there is no one here and nothing going on. I am leaving now and going to the
Lakehouse to start my much needed & much deserved vacation.....
I am working on the satellte receiver. I have to do a blind scan and get all the channels, then load them in the computer, re-order them, and make a favorite list so we can find what we want from the 974 channels we have.

Today is
Tuesday and I am looking forward to our
Thanksgiving Holiday at the
Lakehouse. Ernie is going down to Cochran today and I am going down to the
Lakehouse Wednesday because I have to work and then I have to cook a pork loin. I will be going to Cochran on Thursday, but I will be returning to the
Lakehouse that evening for a whole week. Too bad we are not taking our bikes but mine needs a voltage regulator and I just don't have time to load them in the trailer and get eveything else done that needs to be done. Taking care of two houses requires a lot of work.

Today is
Monday, Day One of our 2K3HD Blog which will consist of things we have done in relation to our 2003 Harley Davidson 100th year Anniversary Motorcycles and our
Lakehouse and the new boat we plan on getting this Spring. (Or maybe not) And any thing else we decide to put here. We have taken many bike rides with friends of ours since we purchased them on 11/18/02, and we have posted pics of some of the rides on our websites
joeyawn.com &
ernieyawn.com under "Road Trip Picture Links". But maybe now that we have started our Blog we will also post pics here in the future.
