Contemporary American actress Kelly Lynch has been playing leads in Hollywood films since the late 1980s, but has yet to make it big. The daughter of show people, she has been acting since age four. Lynch studied dance and then spent two summers training to be a director at the Guthrie Theater. As a young woman she moved to New York to study drama with Sanford Meisner and Marilyn Fried. After briefly encountering the head of the Elite modeling agency in an elevator one day, Lynch was signed up for a 250,000 per year modeling contract. During the three years she modeled, Lynch made occasional TV appearances. She made her feature-film debut playing a bit part in Bright Lights, Big City (1988) but did not play her first leading role until the following year in Road House. Lynch first gained widespread acclaim for her portrayal of a suburban drug addict in Van Sant's Drug Store Cowboy (1989) which starred Matt Dillon; it was a role she could relate to, as she had broken both legs in an auto accident when she was 20 and had come dangerously close to being addicted to painkillers. Though major stardom has as yet eluded Lynch, she has recently proven herself to be a competent and versatile actress, capable of playing in everything from light romantic comedies to high drama.

Occupation: Actor
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Playboy centerfold, actress

Julie Michelle McCullough is an American model, actress and stand-up comedienne. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for February 1986, and played "Julie Costello" on Growing Pains until she was fired for having posed in Playboy.
Early life
McCullough, who is of Irish descent, was named after a 1950s song called “Oh Julie”. In addition to Honolulu, she grew up in several states, though she considers herself Southern, having attended high school in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Allen, Texas.
The Growing Pains scandal
McCullough found work in a number of television and film projects, including Max Headroom, The Golden Girls, Superboy and the 1988 horror movie remake The Blob, before landing the role of nanny "Julie Costello" on Growing Pains in 1989.
McCullough appeared in eight episodes until she was fired in 1990, which stemmed from series star Kirk Cameron's conversion to evangelical Christianity, a conversion that, according to The E! True Hollywood Story episode focusing on the show, served to alienate him from his fellow cast members, as he did not invite any of them to his wedding. He called for McCullough's termination because of his objections to her having posed nude in Playboy, and accused the show's producers of promoting pornography. A decade later, Cameron apologized to his TV family, attributing his prior behavior to his lack of maturity , but did not reconcile with McCullough, who remains critical of him, stating that she lost a lot from the public criticism she endured from the controversy. Although McCullough herself is Catholic, she has criticized the evangelical television programming Cameron has produced, which she has viewed on one occasion, saying on her MySpace page:
“ He thinks if I read science books that I'm going to hell. [I would] rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints ... the sinners are much more fun. And a lot more interesting than some book-burner who is still having growing pains. I am at peace with God. Kirk thinks people like me are going to Hell, if I do then at least I'll go well informed and well read.”
Current work
McCullough in 2007Having enjoyed doing comedy on stage her entire life, McCullough now works as a stand-up comedienne, and has performed at the Hollywood Improv, the Palms Hotel and Casino, and the Laugh Factory.
McCullough has appeared on the E! reality show The Girls Next Door. She appeared in "Under the Covers", the ninth episode of the first season, which aired in October 2005, and "May the Horse Be With You", the second episode of the third season, which aired in March 2007.

McCullough has been a vegetarian and animal rights advocate for “twenty years”, according to her MySpace bio. McCullough is pro-choice on the issue of abortion, having discussed the matter on her MySpace blog.
She has been the topic of questions on the game show Jeopardy! four times.
She is close friends with Kendra Wilkinson of The Girls Next Door.

A soap opera is like boot camp. Now, she makes it all seem very spontaneous, and she's right there for you. It's really been lovely to see her grow as an actress." Passions costar Ben Masters added that Mueller "has the ability to make the words come out of her mouth so naturally; [dialogue] comes cascading out of her. I did a whole week with her where we had all these scenes, page after page after page; it was just wonderful. It's like she's got a perfect pitch as an actress."

Born: 29-Jun-1978
Birthplace: Honolulu, HI
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: Multiracial
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Dancer, Singer
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: The Pussycat Dolls
Father: Gary Scherzinger (stepfather)
Mother: Rosemary (hula dancer)
Sister: Ke'ala
Boyfriend: Nick Hexum (singer for 311, broken engagement)
Nicole Prescovia Elikolani Valiente Scherzinger is an American pop singer, songwriter, dancer, model, and occasional actress best known as the lead vocalist for the Pussycat Dolls. She took the surname Scherzinger when she was adopted by her stepfather.
Early life
Scherzinger was born in Honolulu to a Filipino father and an Hawaiian/Russian and Greek mother. Her mother Rosemary was eighteen at the time of Scherzinger's birth and lived in an inner city neighborhood and separated from her father when she was a baby. The family moved to Louisville, Kentucky when she was six years old, with her sister Ke'ala and stepfather Gary Scherzinger. She stated she had a "conservative Catholic" upbringing. Scherzinger began her life as a performer in Louisville, attending the Youth Performing Arts School at duPont Manual High School and performing with Actors Theatre of Louisville. As a teenager, she was the first runner-up at the 1996 Kentucky State Fair's Coca-Cola Talent Classic contest. Scherzinger majored in theater arts at Wright State University but put her studies on hold in 1999 to sing backing vocals for the rock band Days of the New.
Early career
Scherzinger appeared on the second album by Days of the New, released in 1999. She also recorded two songs with Barry Drake's F.O.B, which were released in 2001. In 2001, Scherzinger competed in the premiere season of The WB's television show Popstars, on which she earned a spot in the all-girl pop group Eden's Crush. She became one of the main vocalists for the group. The group's 2001 single "Get Over Yourself (Goodbye)" peaked at number one in sales and hit the top ten on Billboard Hot 100. "Love This Way" was the second single chosen from the Popstars album; however, their record company, London-Sire Records, folded and the group eventually disbanded. Songwriter Kara DioGuardi contributed one track to the album, and later went on to co-write with Scherzinger for PCD, Doll Domination and Her Name Is Nicole.
In November 2007, Scherzinger spoke of her time in Eden's Crush
“ ...It was hell... I was in a band with five other girls and every day was torture for me. We were on TV all the time and the atmosphere was awful.... Every day I was in that band I cried my eyes out. The band was meant to be fun and frivolous but the reality was that it was miserable.... I was too sensitive back then, but I got toughened up. I couldn't have gone into the Dolls without my experience in Crush.”
After the disbanding of Eden's Crush, Scherzinger made a few promotional solo appearances under the stage name of Nicole Kea, including covering "Breakfast in Bed" for the soundtrack to 50 First Dates in 2003. This track was produced by Nick Hexum who was her boyfriend for three years.
Scherzinger worked with Yoshiki of Japanese rock band X Japan on in his Violet UK project. She sang the English version of "I'll Be Your Love" live with the Tokyo Symphonic Orchestra. The track also appeared on the 2003 Various Artists album Exposition of Global Harmony.
Pussycat Dolls
Main article: Pussycat Dolls
In May 2003, Scherzinger joined the Pussycat Dolls burlesque troupe, who were being re-cast as recording artists. She had first seen them performing on The Late Show with David Letterman in November 2002, where Carmen Electra sang "Big Spender" from the Bob Fosse musical Sweet Charity. In 2006, Scherzinger said "It caught my eye because I’d played Velma Kelly in [Fosse's] Chicago in college." The Pussycat Dolls now have world-wide status as a popular singing group, with "Don't Cha", "Buttons", "Stickwitu" and "When I Grow Up" as Top 10 hits in the U.S.. The album PCD went double-platinum in 2006. Scherzinger sang nearly all lead vocals on the album, with Carmit Bachar and Melody Thornton also contributing.
Scherzinger is the only group member with songwriting credits on PCD; she co-wrote "I Don't Need a Man" with Kara DioGuardi and producer Rich Harrison, and co-wrote "Buttons" with producer Sean Garrett. Another collaboration with DioGuardi, "Flirt", became a B-side to "Stickwitu" and a bonus track on PCD.
In 2006, Scherzinger toured with the Pussycat Dolls for their album promotion. It was revealed in 2006 that the Dolls are salaried employees of Interscope Records, giving the label a high level of control over the group's finances and business decisions.
She was ranked at number 22 on Maxim's Hot 100 in 2006 and 21 in 2007.
Scherzinger appeared on the March 2008 cover of Men's Fitness magazine. She was called the lead or "Queen Doll". As with PCD, Scherzinger is the only group member to have songwriting credits on the second Dolls' album Doll Domination.
Solo career
Following the popularity of "Don't Cha" and the continuing rise of the Pussycat Dolls, Scherzinger recorded a series of duets or "guest appearances", predominantly with male vocalists. In 2005, she appeared on recordings by Shaggy, Vittorio Grigolo, and Will Smith.
2006-2007
In 2006 she sang on Avant's single "Lie About Us" , and P.Diddy's hit "Come to Me" (which she also co-wrote). Other appearances are listed in her discography.
Scherzinger worked on her debut album from 2006-2007 with record producers including will.i.am, Timbaland, Kara DioGuardi, and Bryan-Michael Cox. Scherzinger announced in a March 17, 2007 interview that the album would be called "Her Name is Nicole"; It was originally slated for a 2007 release, a full tracklisting was posted at commercial sites, and four singles were released but the album was put on hold in late 2007/early 2008.
Her first solo single, "Whatever U Like", featuring rapper T.I., was released in July 2007. The song was unsuccessful commercially and with critics, and it was soon announced that "Baby Love" (released September 2007) would replace "Whatever U Like" as the "lead single" from the album. Media reports commented on the fact that both Interscope's and Scherzinger's official websites started in September 2007 to refer to "Baby Love" as her first single. After both these singles were unsuccessful in North America ("Baby Love" charted well in Europe and Brazil however), a poll was placed on Scherzinger's website, asking fans to vote for the third single. Choices included: "Supervillain", "Happily Never After", "Who's Gonna Love You", and "Power's Out". On November 28 the poll was updated and the songs "Power's Out" and "Supervillain" were removed and replaced with "Puakenikeni" and "Physical". It was announced via the website on December 10 that "Puakenikeni" was to be the next official single to be taken from the album, subsequently "Supervillain" and "Puakenikeni" were both released as iTunes downloads only. As with Scherzinger's earlier solo singles, they failed to make any impact on the U.S. charts. Following this, Interscope announced that Scherzinger's album would be put on hold, and she said she would continue to record new tracks.
2008
In April 2008, Scherzinger recorded a cover version of "Rio" by Duran Duran for an advertising campaign for Unilever's Caress brand of body wash. A commercial video was released, and the single was released via download only, after May 2008. In 2008, in support of Barack Obama, she was one of many musicians to contribute to a track by will.i.am called "Yes We Can". Also on September 5, 2008, Scherzinger joined an all-star cast to perform the charity song "Just Stand Up" on live TV. This is currently Scherzinger's last performance as a solo artist before embarking on the Pussycat Dolls new World Tour.
Speaking about the delayed release of her solo album, in September 2008 Scherzinger said "Despite what other people might write, it was my decision, ultimately. I actually put some of my solo songs on the Pussycat Dolls' new album Doll Domination. Everything is all about timing. I believe it will come out next year, and it will be able to coexist wonderfully with the Dolls' album. It's completely separate from what you've heard with "Baby Love" and "Whatever U Like," and I'm still working on it — that's what happens when you're a perfectionist."
In October 2008, she was invited to promote Clear Shampoo and Conditioner through a commercial, succeeding Rain who also endorsed Clear Shampoo and Conditioner. Both commercials were reportedly aired throughout Southeast Asia. In 2008, she also had done a commercial with Lebron James in a sneaker commercial. She had also made a "Bench Body" commercial which was promoting underwear for "Bench Body".

Measurements 32.5" - 25.5" - 35"
Weight 125lbs

Daisy Rebecca Lowe is an English fashion model who has modelled for editorial photo shoots and commercial advertising campaigns and has worked as a runway model. Lowe had a brief relationship with music producer Mark Ronson. She is the daughter of Pearl Lowe, the singer/songwriter turned textile and fashion designer, and Gavin Rossdale, the front man for the band Bush.
Career
Lowe began modelling at the age of 2, and did some photoshoots when she was 12 and 14 years old. At 15 she was approached by a talent scout in Camden Town and, as a result, she signed with Select, a London modelling agency.
In February 2006, Lowe was featured in Italian Vogue, shot by New York photographer Steven Klein, who also shot her in March 2007 for a W magazine pictorial called "Xurbia". In September 2006, Lowe modelled for the Urban Outfitters catalogue, appeared in French Connection printed advertisements and was profiled in British Harper’s Bazaar. She was featured in an editorial in Jane magazine alongside fellow model Lydia Hearst-Shaw in March 2007, appeared in Italian Vogue for the second time in May, and in August, posed nude on the cover of i-D magazine with her then-partner, Will Cameron of the band Blondelle, photographed by Terry Richardson.
On the runway, Lowe was selected by Karl Lagerfeld to model for Chanel, and has appeared on catwalks in New York, Milan and London for Topshop and designers such as PPQ, Nanette Lepore, Sue Stemp, Charlotte Ronson, Henry Holland, and Vivienne Westwood. She has modelled for Agent Provocateur lingere for the past three years, and has been used by Burberry, Converse shoes, Dr. Martens, Hooch, Wheels and Doll Baby, Ben Sherman, Frost French, Hari, Karen Millen, Diesel SPA and Whistles, as well as for her mother's recent collection of lace dresses.
Of the Whistles campaign, Lowe said, "[It] was a favourite shoot of mine... Modelling is a cool outlet for me to express myself, and fashion has always fascinated me. I love that fashion crosses into my other passions - music and art."
Lowe's magazine work includes editorials and covers of publications such as Tatler, Elle, GQ, Vogue, Paradis, Marie Claire, Interview, Jalouse, Teen Vogue, Dirty Glam, Grazia, In Style, Nylon and The Sunday Times Style amongst many others.
In 2009 she will replace Cole Mohr as the face of Marc by Marc Jacobs and appear in campaigns for Pringle of Scotland and DKNY.
Lowe has some experience in other media, including being the focus of the BBC Two eight-part fly on the wall documentary series Class of 2008, co-hosting Glamour's Best Dressed 2008 with Peaches Geldof for Fiver, and a brief contribution to a blog for Elle UK online. Lowe has worked as a DJ, appeared in the music videos NYC Beat by Armand Van Helden and Bloodthirsty Bastards by Dirty Pretty Things, hosted events for Tommy Hilfiger and Dolce and Gabbana, and in April 2008 made a recording in a New York studio with producer Mark Ronson, with whom she had a brief romantic relationship.
Personal life
Lowe grew up in Primrose Hill, North London, and stayed with grandparents to continue her education at South Hampstead High School when her mother, Pearl Lowe, moved to Hampshire. Until 2004, Lowe was believed to be the daughter of Pearl Lowe's ex-husband Bronner Handwerger, but a paternity test revealed that her godfather, Bush singer/guitarist Gavin Rossdale, was in fact her biological father. Her mother Pearl wrote about the situation in her book, All That Glitters, where she revealed that Daisy was the product of a one night stand between her and Rossdale following an argument she had with her ex-husband. Daisy's paternity was not questioned at the time, and Lowe listed "Bronner Lowe" on Daisy's birth certificate. Rossdale had initially offered to take a paternity test, but backed away. It wasn't until Daisy found out that neither Lowe nor Handwerger had the O-type blood that she had, that Lowe sought a paternity test through her lawyers. Rossdale's wife, singer Gwen Stefani, was reported to be furious about this, causing some difficulty in their marriage.
At 16, Lowe said of the press,
"A lot of the stuff that gets written is just complete, mindless bullshit. If something bad is said about any of the people around me, then we all have a conversation about it [...] Most of the time it doesn't have an effect on my life. It's annoying when teachers say they've read things about me, and my head of year takes me aside and asks if I'm all right [...] But you've got to deal with it. There's no point going to cry in the toilet."

Instead of going to college, she spent the rest of her teen years volunteering with charity groups. She also accompanied her father, an accomplished card sharp, on trips to Tahoe, where she illegally (being underaged) played plenty of poker and blackjack. After dabbling with acting "as a hobby," she pursued it as a career, and in 1981 appeared in several episodes of Hill Street Blues. Two years later she had a supporting role in the quickly-canceled carny adventure show The Rousters. The next season she played a past-her-prime model on Lloyd Bridges's short-lived prime time soap opera Paper Dolls.
Her role as Michael Keaton's longsuffering girlfriend in Gung Ho attracted Rogers minor notice, and she followed that with her most acclaimed movie, Someone To Watch Over Me, in 1987. Her other noteworthy films include Trees Lounge, The Mirror Has Two Faces, Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, and The Door in the Floor. In the late 1990s she played the recurring role of Agent Diana Fowley on The X-Files. Her many acting embarrassments include Lost in Space, The Geena Davis Show, and Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd.
She is a member of the Church of Scientology, and met her first husband when he was her Scientology counselor. Michelle McCool

Michelle McCool
Born: January 25, 1980
Location: Palatka, Florida
Hight: 5 ft 10 in
Weight: 127 lb
Michelle Leigh McCool is an American professional wrestler currently working for World Wrestling Entertainment on the SmackDown brand. She is a former WWE Divas Champion, and is recognized as the title's first champion.
World Wrestling Entertainment
Diva Search and training (2004–2006)
Michelle McCool first came to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) as a competitor in the 2004 WWE Diva Search, from which she was the fourth woman eliminated. Despite not winning the contest, she was still signed to a three-year contract in November 2004. She debuted on SmackDown! as a fan favorite with a personal trainer gimmick, a reference to her old career. After participating in a number of "Best body" contests, she wrestled in her first SmackDown! match, teaming with The Big Show to defeat Dawn Marie and René Duprée on March 3, 2005. McCool and Dawn Marie feuded for the next few weeks, with Dawn Marie coming out on top. A few months later, McCool became a part of the feud between MNM and Heidenreich when she defended Heidenreich against MNM's manager Melina's verbal attacks. Melina and McCool then began a feud, which included a victory for Melina in her SmackDown! debut match. After the match, MNM gave McCool their finisher, The Snapshot. This was the last time she appeared on WWE television for almost a year.
Deep South Wrestling and Ohio Valley Wrestling
McCool was then sent to WWE's developmental facility, Deep South Wrestling (DSW), where she wrestled, performed interviews, hosted segments, and provided color commentary with Nigel Sherrod. Her first feud in DSW was against Angel Williams. While in DSW, she was hospitalized after taking prescribed medication and sidelined for several weeks to recover. Eventually, she started to train in Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). While in OVW, she began managing the duo of Amish Roadkill and K.C. James.
WWE Friday Night SmackDown!
She returned to SmackDown! on June 2, 2006, this time working as a heel with a "hot teacher" gimmick, again pulling on her real life experiences. Upon her arrival, she aligned with Kristal Marshall to feud with Jillian Hall and Ashley Massaro. This led to a Fatal Four-Way Bra and Panties match at The Great American Bash, which Ashley won. She won her first singles match on the July 28 edition of SmackDown!, defeating Hall by illegally using the ropes as leverage.
Soon after, she began acting as valet for the team of K. C. James and Idol Stevens, who, because of her association with them, were nicknamed The Teacher's Pets. The trio began feuding with Paul London and Brian Kendrick, and their valet Ashley, for the WWE Tag Team Championship, but never won the title. The feud ended when London and Kendrick won a match against them at No Mercy in October. On November 28, McCool was hospitalized with an enlarged kidney, a broken sternum, and an electrolyte imbalance.[During her absence, both James and Stevens were sent back to Ohio Valley Wrestling. She was released from the hospital on December 2.
McCool returned on the March 30, 2007 edition of SmackDown!, where she participated in a 10-Diva tag team match. On the April 13 edition of SmackDown!, McCool became a fan favorite once again when she came to the aid of Ashley after she was attacked by a heel, Jillian Hall backstage; this led to a short feud between herself and Hall, where McCool came out on top. On the May 28 edition of Raw, McCool won the Memorial Day Bikini Beach Splash Battle Royal by eliminating Melina. After Victoria had her last match with Torrie Wilson, she immediately began another feud with McCool. A series of matches took place, including a Mixed Tag Team match with Chuck Palumbo as her partner and Kenny Dykstra as Victoria's partner, with McCool coming out on top.
McCool then became caught in the middle of a feud between the villainous Jamie Noble and her 'friend' Chuck Palumbo. Noble made advances towards McCool and defeated Palumbo in two straight matches. McCool agreed to go on a date with him if he won a third match against Palumbo; McCool tried to distract Noble during the match by removing her top, but this only served to help him get the pin. On the January 25 edition of SmackDown!, McCool was involved in a tag team match, teaming up with Palumbo and Noble, against The Miz, John Morrison, and Layla. During the match, Palumbo pushed Noble into McCool, and she was knocked out of the ring onto the floor. Noble was then attacked by Palumbo, and when McCool tried to stop him, Palumbo knocked her aside. She suffered a concussion and refused to accept Palumbo's apology. The following week, Palumbo apologized to McCool, but she rejected it. Due to all of this, Noble was now the fan favorite and Palumbo was now the heel.
McCool then went on to compete in a series of contests with Victoria, Eve Torres, Maryse and Cherry to determine SmackDown!'s top diva, subsequently winning the title. The celebration did not last long, however, as she and first runner-up Cherry were immediately attacked by Victoria and the debuting Natalya Neidhart. On the July 4 edition of SmackDown!, Michelle won the second "Golden Dreams" match to earn the right to challenge the previous Dreams match winner Natalya to determine the first WWE Divas Champion. At The Great American Bash on July 20, 2008, Michelle defeated Natalya to become the first Divas Champion.
On the December 26 episode of SmackDown!, McCool lost the Divas Championship to Maryse in a match which involved Maria as the special guest referee. Following the match, Michelle turned heel by attacking Maria and blaming her for the loss.
Other media
On November 5, 2007, she appeared on an episode of Family Feud with Batista, Candice Michelle, Mr. Kennedy, King Booker, Queen Sharmell, Layla, Maria, Ric Flair, and Jonathan Coachman. She also appeared on the February 6, 2008 episode of Project Runway with Maria Kanellis, Candice Michelle, Torrie Wilson, Kristal Marshall, and Layla. On June 3, 2008, she appeared on the Best Damn Sports Show Period with John Cena.
McCool is set to appear in the January 2009 edition of Muscle & Fitness, along with Eve Torres and Maryse.

Before and during high school, McCool played softball. McCool received her Master's degree in Educational leadership from Florida State University. Before becoming involved in professional wrestling, she was a seventh grade teacher in Palatka, Florida. She has an older brother who played football at the University of Cincinnati. McCool is a Christian. In late 2007, she began wearing the word "Faith" on her ring attire.

Other musical projects d'Abo has worked on includes: backing vocals for Julian Lennon's "Help Yourself", an acoustic duet version of Bon Jovi's "Living On A Prayer", produced by Leonard, that appears on their This Left Feels Right hits CD. d'Abo also wrote the title track and background vocals for Latin singing star Laura Pausini's "Love Comes from the Inside".
She has made multiple appearances on Television crime-drama Law & Order: Criminal Intent as Nicole Wallace, lead character Robert Goren's nemesis, and on the Sci-Fi channels' original series Eureka in the role of Abby Carter.

Geena Davis decided as a young girl she would be an actress, appeared in school plays, and majored in drama at college. Her film career began with Tootsie in 1982, where she played an actress sharing a dressing room with a crossdressing Dustin Hoffman. On television, she co-starred in the highly-acclaimed but little-watched 1982 sitcom Buffalo Bill with Dabney Coleman, then played a lawyer on the short-lived 1984 sitcom Sara.
By the mid-1980s she was having more success as a movie star, appearing in hits like Fletch with Chevy Chase, The Fly with Jeff Goldblum, and Beetlejuice with Michael Keaton. She won an Oscar playing a ditzy dog-trainer in The Accidental Tourist with William Hurt. In her most famous film role, she was the unexpected outlaw Thelma Dickerson in Thelma & Louise, opposite Susan Sarandon. She was Oscar-nominated again, but lost to Jodie Foster for The Silence of the Lambs. She was offered the Sharon Stone role in Basic Instinct, but thought the role seemed demeaning and turned it down.
Davis had never played baseball before being cast as the catcher in A League of Their Own with Lori Petty, but she mastered the game in three weeks of training before production, and performed all her own athletics for the film, including a nifty behind-the-back catch. She is also an excellent archer, and almost made the 2000 US Olympic team.
As a sign of everlasting love for her third husband, moviemaker Renny Harlin, she had his first name tattooed on her ankle. Harlin directed her twice, in Cutthroat Island with Matthew Modine and The Long Kiss Goodnight with Samuel L. Jackson. Both films were poorly received, and after their divorce she had the tattoo altered and embroidered into the Denny's logo.
She is a long-time outspoken progressive, criticizing moviemakers who use young girls in sexually-charged roles, and supporting women's rights, abortion rights, and Democratic Party candidates. She runs two websites, SeeJane.org to present positive images for girls, and GeenaTakesAim.com, the website for her Women's Sports Foundation, a group that works to protect equal funding for girls' athletics in school.

Sharon Mitchell is the Director of the Adult Industry Medical Health Care Foundation, which she set up in 1998. She used to be an erotic actress, and, with Sharon Kane, is considered to be one of the two most prolific adult movie actresses, with a career spanning over two decades.
Adult film career
Before becoming a porn star, she was an Off-Broadway actress and dancer who toured with the Martha Graham company.
During her career in hardcore pornography, she appeared in over 2,000 movies and directed 38. She made many appearances as a bondage model in underground magazines and, in the 1990s, made the transition from sex films to bondage and S&M videos, nearly always playing the role of a tough dominatrix.
During her heyday in the 1970s and 1980s, she was distinguished by her lean, wiry physique and androgynous appearance — angular facial features with mascara and rouge and short teased hair, which was sometimes worn in a butch mullet style — as well as her vigorous cunnilingus technique. She is a member of the AVN Awards Hall of Fame, Legends of Erotica and XRCO Hall of Fame.
As an erotic performer, Miss Mitchell was a soft butch lesbian. She also performed sex scenes with men (often as part of a bisexual threesome with another female performer), but this was usually in her early career. She contracted herpes, chlamydia and trichomoniasis during her career.
Later she became addicted to heroin, a habit which she successfully overcame, and she has been drug free since the early-1990s. She contracted hepatitis from needle use. She subsequently refers to her 16-year addiction to heroin as her "blackout years".
On March 30, 1996, she was attacked and raped by an admirer who almost killed her. After that incident, she left the sex industry. Mitchell claims to have received a Ph.D. degree in human sexuality from an unaccredited institution known as the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco. At one time, the Institute claimed to be accredited by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, which was not a recognized accreditor.

Zooey Deschanel

January 17, 2009
Zooey Deschanel
AKA Zooey Claire Deschanel
Born: January 17, 1980
Location: Los Angeles, California, United States
Occupation: Actress, singer, songwriter, musician
Zooey Claire Deschanel is an American actress, musician and singer-songwriter. Deschanel made her film debut in 1999's Mumford and soon became known for memorable, deadpan supporting roles in films such as Almost Famous (2000), The New Guy (2002), Big Trouble (2002) and The Good Girl (2002). She then began playing lead roles, including All the Real Girls (2003), Elf (2003), The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (2005), Winter Passing (2005), Failure to Launch (2006), Tin Man (2007), Bridge to Terabithia (2007) The Happening (2008), and Yes Man (2008).
Since 2001, Deschanel has performed in the jazz cabaret act If All the Stars Were Pretty Babies with fellow actress Samantha Shelton. She plays the piano, percussion, xylophone. She has sung in several of her films, and her debut album Volume One (recorded with M. Ward under the moniker She & Him) was released on March 18, 2008 which has evoked strong positive reactions from critics.
Early life
Zooey Deschanel was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Academy Award-nominated cinematographer and director Caleb Deschanel and actress Mary Jo Deschanel (née Weir). She is of Irish and French descent. She was named after Zooey Glass, the male protagonist of J. D. Salinger's 1961 novella Franny and Zooey. Her older sister Emily is also an actress and stars in the TV series Bones.
Deschanel lived in Los Angeles, but spent much of her childhood traveling because her father shot films on location; she later said that she "hated all the traveling[...]I'm really happy now that I had the experience, but at the time I was just so miserable to have to leave my friends in Los Angeles and go to places where they didn't have any food I liked or things I was used to." She attended Crossroads, a private preparatory school in Santa Monica, California, where she befriended future co-stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Kate Hudson. She also attended the French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts summer camp and sang throughout high school, planning to pursue a career in musical theatre. She attended Northwestern University for seven months before dropping out to work as an actress.
Career
Deschanel appeared in a guest role on the television series Veronica's Closet before making her film debut in Lawrence Kasdan’s 1999 comedy Mumford, and later in the year she appeared in the music video for The Offspring's single "She's Got Issues". In her second film, director Cameron Crowe's autobiographical Almost Famous (2000), Deschanel played Anita Miller, the protagonist's rebellious older sister. The film received critical praise, but was not a box office success. Deschanel continued to sing, and in 2001 formed If All the Stars Were Pretty Babies, a jazz cabaret act with fellow actress Samantha Shelton. The pair perform around Los Angeles.
Deschanel played supporting roles in a series of films that included Manic (2001), Big Trouble (2002), Abandon (2002), and The Good Girl (2002). In late 2002, The New York Times reported that Deschanel was "one of Hollywood's most sought-after young stars," and the Los Angeles Times wrote in early 2003 that Deschanel had become a recognizable type, due to "her deadpan, sardonic and scene-stealing [film] performances" as the protagonist's best friend. Deschanel objected to her typecasting, arguing, "A lot of these roles are just a formula idea of somebody's best friend, and it's like, I don't even have that many friends. In high school, I stayed home all the time, so I don't know how I'm everybody's best friend now."
Deschanel turned down several supporting roles and played her first lead role in All the Real Girls (2003). Deschanel's performance as Noel, a sexually curious 18-year-old virgin who has a life-changing romance with an aimless 22-year-old, received critical praise, and she received an Independent Spirit nomination for Best Actress. Later in 2003, Deschanel played a deadpan department store worker opposite Will Ferrell in the comedy Elf, which became a box office hit.
In 2002, Deschanel appeared in The New Guy as Nora, the guitar player in the lead character's band, Suburban Funk. The New Guy was the first of Deschanel's films in which she sang onscreen; in Elf she duetted with Ferrell in the bathroom shower scene on "Baby, It's Cold Outside", and was also heard singing it on the soundtrack with Leon Redbone. Subsequently, Deschanel has sung in Winter Passing ("My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean"), the 2005 television musical Once Upon a Mattress ("An Opening For a Princess," "In a Little While," "Normandy," and "Yesterday I Loved You"), an old cabaret song in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford and the 2007 short film Raving ("Hello, Dolly!"). Her piano composition "Bittersuite" was used thematically in the dark, off-beat 2004 dramedy Winter Passing, in which she starred alongside Ferrell and Ed Harris.
In 2004, Deschanel starred in Eulogy, and in 2005 as Trillian in the film adaptation of Douglas Adams' science fiction novel The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Deschanel then played Sarah Jessica Parker's neurotic roommate in Failure to Launch (2006), and appeared on four episodes of the Showtime television series Weeds from 2006 to 2007, playing Andy Botwin's quirky ex-girlfriend, Kat. In September 2006, Variety announced that Deschanel would play 1960s singer Janis Joplin in the film The Gospel According to Janis, to be co-written and directed by Penelope Spheeris. Deschanel planned to sing all of Joplin's songs, and took four months of singing lessons "to approximate Joplin's gritty vocals." The film, scheduled to begin shooting on November 13, 2006, was postponed indefinitely.
In 2007, Deschanel appeared in two children's films, Bridge to Terabithia and the animated film Surf's Up, in which she voiced a penguin named Lani Aliikai. In December 2007, she played DG, the lead in the new Sci Fi Channel miniseries Tin Man, a re-imagined science fiction version of L. Frank Baum's children's book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
In March 2007, Deschanel contributed vocals to two songs ("Slowly" and "Ask Her To Dance") on the album Nighttiming by Jason Schwartzman's band Coconut Records. In May 2007, singer-songwriter M. Ward, who had previously performed with Deschanel onstage, said that he was "just finishing work" on her debut album, which will feature songs written by Deschanel and produced by Ward. Fox reported that Deschanel and Ward were recording under the moniker She & Him, and that the album, titled Volume One, would be released by Merge Records on March 18, 2008.
On April 27, 2008, she appeared on The Simpsons, playing the role of Mary, Cletus's daughter.
In June 2008, Deschanel starred opposite Mark Wahlberg in M. Night Shyamalan's environmental thriller The Happening. Deschanel stars and sings in the 2008 comedy Yes Man, opposite Jim Carrey.
Personal life
Deschanel became engaged to Ben Gibbard of Death Cab For Cutie in December 2008.

Katherine Ann Moss (born 16 January 1974) is an iconic English supermodel and has designed a clothing range for Topshop. She is known for her waifish figure and many advertising campaigns and is also notorious for her high-profile relationships and party lifestyle. She has appeared on over 300 magazine covers.
Early life
Moss was born in Addiscombe, Croydon, South London, England to Linda Rosina (Shepherd), a boutique manager, and Peter Edward Moss, an airline clerk. Kate has a younger brother named Nick and a half sister and brother. Moss' parents divorced when she was 13. She attended Ridgeway Primary School, then Riddlesdown High School. She was not noted for her academic success, although she did excel at sports. According to Vermorel's book Addicted to Love: Kate Moss, she received one C (in Science) and Ds, Es, and Us in all others at GCSE level.
Career
She was discovered at the age of 14 by Sarah Doukas (the founder of Storm Model Management) in 1988, at JFK Airport in New York City, after a vacation in the Bahamas. Moss's career began when Corinne Day shot black and white photographs of her for British magazine The Face when she was 15, in a photo shoot titled "The Third Summer of Love". Moss then went on to become the anti-supermodel of the 1990s in contrast to the supermodels at the time, such as Cindy Crawford, Lisa Snowdon, Claudia Schiffer, and Naomi Campbell, who were known for their curvaceous and tall figures through out the 90's.
Moss was voted 8th in Celebrity Sleuths 25 Sexiest Women of 2004, 8th in Maxims 50 Sexiest Women of 1999 and 22nd in FHM 100 Sexiest Women of 1995. Mens magazine Arena named her as their Sexiest Woman in their 150th issue. In March 2007, Moss won the Sexiest Woman NME Award. She made her first appearance in the British women's Sunday Times Rich List in 2007, where she was estimated to be worth £45 million. She ranked as the 99th richest woman in Britain.
In July 2007, earning an estimated total of $9 million in the past 12 months, Forbes magazine named her second on the list of the World's 15 top-earning supermodels.
Style
She ushered in the waif look in 1993 (which prompted much speculation over her weight) with a highly publicised campaign for Calvin Klein, including posing nude in ads for its perfume brand, Obsession. Her depiction in photographs also drew criticism from United States President Bill Clinton who spoke out against the growing heroin chic trend. Moss charmed the fashion industry despite being unusually short for a runway model, and has worked for many elite fashion lines. Now in her 30s, Moss is still working and has become a supermodel in her own right. In 2005, she came #2 on The Biggest Comeback Stars List – she lost to pop singer Mariah Carey.
In addition to being known for her modeling work, Kate Moss is also an international fashion icon. She has garnered many awards for her style including the Council of Fashion Designers of America's fashion influence award and a place on the Vanity Fair's international best-dressed list. She appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair's September 2006 style issue. In the year of 2005~ 2006, her style was influenced by Rock and Roll. Due to her reputation, she is credited for setting numerous trends. In recent years she has popularised denim cutoff shorts, Ugg boots, ballet flats, Marc Jacobs ankle boots, Vivienne Westwood Pirate Boots, skinny jeans, the waistcoat, Alexander McQueen's skull scarf, Louis Vuitton's Sprouse Leopard Cashmere Scarf (which sold out in Europe), wide-legged jeans, Lanvin boots, YSL's Muse bag and the Balenciaga handbag, as well as recently bringing high-waisted styles and waist-cinching belts back into popularity.
Campaigns
Moss has had campaigns with major Italian, French, American, and British designers including Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Chanel, Missoni, Longchamp, David Yurman, Dior, Yves Saint-Laurent, Burberry, Rimmel, and Bvlgari, including a campaign for the successful Brazilian label ELLUS during summer 2000. She has been featured in fashion spreads in most major fashion magazines including UK, US, and French Vogue magazines (as well as other international versions of Vogue), Another Man, Vanity Fair, the Face, and W. Moss has appeared on the cover of British Vogue alone 24 times (in addition to dozens of other international Vogue covers) and has been featured on the cover of 17 issues of W, including one issue with nine different covers featuring the model. W even names Moss its muse (September 2003 issue). She has worked with the most well-known photographers in the fashion industry today, such as Mario Testino, Mario Sorrenti, Steven Klein, Juergen Teller, and Peter Lindbergh. She won the prestigious Vogue/CFDA award from the Fashion Designers of America in July 2005 as Fashion Inspiration. The haute couture dress she wore to the award ceremony was from the Christian Dior fall 2005 haute couture designed by John Galliano.
April 2005 saw the launch of the Rimmel London mascara TV ad featuring a leather-clad Kate Moss riding a motorbike through London to the sound of Rock music.
As of April 2006, camera company Nikon have also signed her to be the face of their new Coolpix S6 digital camera; the photoshoot features Moss posing in a state of undress, with nothing but the camera.
Twelve months after her cocaine scandal Moss made a comeback by bagging 18 top modeling contracts for the Autumn/Winter 2006 season which include: Rimmel, Agent Provocateur, Virgin Mobile, Belstaff, Beymen, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Roberto Cavalli, Longchamp, Stella McCartney, Bulgari, Chanel, Nikon, David Yurman, Versace, Mia Shvili, Calvin Klein Jeans and Burberry. Moss has also agreed to make her first foray into the design world by designing a collection, in collaboration with Katy England, for Topshop, Moss launched a fragrance and body lotion range bearing her name in association with Coty in 2007.
According to Forbes.com Moss is earning more money than before her cocaine scandal. Her 2004-2005 earnings were $5 million[ and her 2005-2006 earnings were $8 million. She is currently the second highest paid model in the world behind Gisele Bündchen.
In November 2006, Moss won the Model of the Year prize at the British Fashion Awards, the top accolade in British fashion, but the award has divided opinion and stirred fresh controversy.
On September 27, 2007, The Sun published a story entitled, "Kate Moss dumped by seven brands", describing her "cocaine honeymoon" as fading away. The story continues by stating that last autumn 2006 she had eighteen contracts in comparison to 2007's eleven. And this time last year, fashion bible Vogue had six campaigns using Moss including Dior, Louis Vuitton and Burberry. November 2007's issue has none. The story concludes by saying that an industry source has said "She is still very big but the honeymoon period has ended."
Despite these press reports, Moss was later announced as the face of Donna Karan, Yves Saint-Laurent and Roberto Cavalli for Spring 2008.
Fashion designer
On May 1, 2007 a collection of clothes, designed by Moss exclusively for the Topshop chain, were launched across the UK in the chain's 225 stores. A Kate Moss "countdown to launch" board filled a window of the company's flagship Oxford Street store and on April 30, Moss launched the clothing line at Topshop in Oxford Street, where she briefly appeared in the shop window modelling a red dress from the clothing collection just before the shop was opened, causing a media frenzy. Topshop has reportedly paid Moss £3 million for her work. The collection of fifty designs includes clothes, bags, shoes and belts where prices range from £12 for a vest top to £150 for a cropped leather jacket. Clothes in the collection include skinny jeans, one-shoulder mini dresses and t-shirts with the letter K woven in to the design. However shoppers are limited to five items each to prevent the clothes appearing on eBay and are only allowed to try on eight garments in the shop. Despite these efforts, the day after the launch saw hundreds of items up for sale on eBay. Although bulk buying is restricted the collection is not a limited edition and the range will remain in stores for an indefinite period.
The collection received mixed reviews from the fashion press. British fashion critics lauded the range, however the New York Post hailed it "Duplikate", based on the strong similarities between Moss's own wardrobe. The range was mildly criticized by fashion advisors Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine who argued that the clothing was modelled for only the slimmest of women, and that they were not suitable for an average woman's figure. They stated "No one has a figure like hers so her clothes only really look good on her — not real women." The TopShop range was later released in America at the New York chain store Barneys where 26 designs from the range were on sale for higher prices.
Moss underwear collection for Topshop went on sale on October 25, 2007.
Other endeavors
Moss has appeared in music videos such as "Kowalski" by Primal Scream, "I Just Don't Know What to Do with Myself" by the White Stripes, "Something About the Way You Look Tonight" by Elton John, "Sex with Strangers" by Marianne Faithfull and "Delia's Gone" and "God's Gonna Cut You Down" by Johnny Cash.
She also provided vocals for songs by Primal Scream (the 2003 version of "Some Velvet Morning") and Babyshambles. Her vocals are featured on the Babyshambles' song "La Belle et la Bête", singing the lines "Is she more beautiful than me?". Prior to breaking up with Doherty, Moss co-wrote four songs from Babyshambles' second album Shotter's Nation - "You Talk", "French Dog Blues", "Baddie's Boogie", and "Deft Left Hand".
Moss has also DJ'd on more than one occasion at the Death Disco club with her friends Alan McGee and BP Fallon.
Moss is also known for her close friendships with many rock and roll icons and musicians such as Elton John, Mick Jones, Anita Pallenberg, Marianne Faithfull and Bobby Gillespie.
In 1999, Moss played a non-musical role in the British television comedy Blackadder: Back & Forth, appearing both as Maid Marian and as a fictional queen of England.
Charity work
Moss has been a supporter of the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity, and in the 1990s featured in one of their target t-shirt campaigns. She also supported War Child. Moss also designed a charm in a necklace for Wallis in 2007 in aid of Cancer Research UK and said "I am happy to give my support to help fund crucial research, as so many lives are affected by this terrible disease".
She has also helped to launch the SamandRuby charity in March 2006. The charity was started to provide funding for the education and shelter of Thai children. The SamandRuby organisation is named after a friend of Moss's Samantha Archer Fayet and her 6 month old daughter Ruby Rose who were killed by the Tsunami while visiting Thailand. Moss also supports the Elton John AIDS Foundation, the Hoping Foundation, the Lucie Blackman Trust, Make Poverty History, Comic Relief and Homes of Hope which her close friend Sadie Frost also supports.
Personal life
After previously having long-term relationships such as those with Mario Sorrenti and Johnny Depp, Moss had a daughter, Lila Grace, born on 29 September 2002, with Dazed & Confused editor Jefferson Hack. She is also godmother to the two sons of The Clash member Paul Simonon and to the daughter of Sadie Frost and Jude Law.
Kate Moss has long been linked romantically with former Libertines member Pete Doherty. On April 11, 2007 Pete Doherty announced Moss as his fiancée during one of his concerts in London, at which Moss also performed. Doherty planned to marry Moss during the summer 2007. However, in July 2007 Moss and Doherty broke up. A report claims that Doherty cheated on Kate Moss with a girl he met in a nightclub. Doherty was seen leaving London's Crystal nightclub with a South African brunette named only as Lindy. A removal van arrived to take away Doherty's possessions out of Moss's home after they had a series of rows and arguments. Doherty is reported to have said "It's like living with a fucking stalker Moss had also changed the locks to the gates allowing access into her house. She was due to model on the catwalk for John Galliano with Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Lily Cole and Gisele Bundchen but was too distraught with her break-up to participate.
Moss currently lives with her daughter Lila-Grace in St John's Wood, London. Tabloids and gossip magazines frequently report on her status, suggesting that since Doherty, Moss is dating Jamie Hince
Controversies
The British tabloids and paparazzi often target Moss.
One of the first controversies about Kate Moss was surrounding her weight, to which she replied "It was just the time. It was a swing from more buxom girls like Cindy Crawford and people were shocked to see what they called a 'waif'. What can you say? How many times can you say 'I'm not anorexic'?"
"Cocaine scandal"
British tabloids and the paparazzi, particularly the Daily Mirror, have long claimed that Moss habitually used cocaine. In interviews Moss dismissed these claims as ridiculous, and the Sunday Mirror was sued successfully by Moss for claiming that she had slipped into a coma after taking large amounts of cocaine in Spain in the 1990s.
On 15 September 2005, London's Daily Mirror ran front page and inside photos that seemed to show Moss snorting several lines of cocaine at a Babyshambles recording session. It was also reported that Moss snorted five lines in 40 minutes. It has been alleged by Babyshambles' singer Pete Doherty that James Mullord, his former manager, sold the photos to the newspaper for more than £150,000. Within a short time of publication, Moss lost major modeling contracts with several international companies.
On 20 September 2005, the Swedish fashion retailer H&M, which intended to feature her in a campaign of their autumn clothes range designed by Moss's good friend Stella McCartney, announced instead that it was dropping Moss after the drug allegations. The contract was reportedly worth £4 million a year. A day later, Chanel announced that it would not be renewing its contract with Moss, which was set to expire in that October, although the company said that its decision had nothing to do with the drug scandal. Burberry also decided to drop Moss's campaign with them. Moss quickly issued an apology though she stopped short of admitting drug use. "I take full responsibility for my actions. I also accept that there are various personal issues that I need to address and have started taking the difficult, yet necessary, steps to resolve them," she said. "I want to apologize to all of the people I have let down because of my behaviour which has reflected badly on my family, friends, co-workers, business associates and others."
Moss continued to appear in major ad campaigns during this period for Dior. She was on the cover of the November 2005 W and also appeared inside in a multi-page fashion shoot. She was also defended by friends and supporters, including models Naomi Campbell and Helena Christensen, French actress Catherine Deneuve, her ex-boyfriend Johnny Depp, and designer Alexander McQueen. McQueen's defense was especially notable, and during his walk-out after a fashion show he wore a t-shirt saying "We love you Kate." Artist Stella Vine also supported her, and paintings of Moss by Vine in this incident were exhibited and reproduced in the press. Pop singer Robbie Williams said of Moss's relationship with Doherty, "I can understand why Kate finds it difficult to leave Pete; he has a certain charisma surrounding him."
Also in November 2005, Moss ended her relationship with Doherty soon after he checked himself out of Meadows Clinic in Arizona, failing to complete a programme for drug rehabilitation. Moss herself underwent successful treatment there in October and had urged Doherty to seek the same treatment himself. Doherty claims that their separation involved other issues, telling the The Sun newspaper that Moss left him because, “I can’t buy her diamonds and my dick is too small.”
On 5 January 2006, the Metropolitan Police asked Moss to return from the US to Britain to answer questions about the September 2005 cocaine scandal. The following day, the Daily Mirror reported that Moss would return to Britain and face arrest for allegations of cocaine usage. She was interviewed by police in London on 31 January 2006, with her solicitor present, but reportedly made no admissions, and she was not arrested (photographs of alleged drug-taking are not admissible evidence in British courts). On 16 June 2006, British police finally dropped the charges for lack of evidence. Ultimately Moss was cleared of all charges and resumed her modeling career. Criticism of Moss has, however, continued; and her career revival has been viewed as a sign of moral and cultural decline by conservatives such as Peter Hitchens.

Taylor Hayes
AKA Tara Ellyn Smith

Born: 14-Jan-1975
Birthplace: Grosse Pointe, MI
Gender: Female
Height: 5 ft 6 in
Weight: 106 lb
Measurements: 34D-23-36
Eye color: Brown
Hair color: Brunette
Race or Ethnicity: White
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Pornstar
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Udderly Ridiculous
Boyfriend: Seymore Butts (pornstar/director, dated 1996-97, one son)
Son: Brady Adam Glasser (b. 1996)
Taylor Hayes is an American pornographic actress. She took her pseudonym from Taylor Hayes, the fictional character played by Hunter Tylo on the The Bold and the Beautiful, an American soap opera of which a teenaged Hayes was an enthusiastic devotee.
Early life
Hayes was raised by a single alcoholic parent in suburban Ohio. During her formative years and high school years in suburban Dallas, she attended Newman Smith High School & R.L. Turner High School in Carrollton, Texas.
Career
After graduation and while working at the Cabaret Royale strip club, Hayes was featured in Penthouse in 1994 as a result of winning a local talent search.
The event caused Hayes to be evicted from the home of her then-boyfriend (reputed to be a Dallas millionaire) in early 1995, and she subsequently moved to Las Vegas, where she lived with a local pornographer/swinger couple, had a brief fling with John Wayne Bobbitt, and also made several graphic pictorial appearances in Hustler magazine (in which she served as a centerfold in late 1995).
Later that same year Taylor moved to Los Angeles and began working for adult studio VCA Pictures. After a couple of adult film productions with VCA, she left to become one of the feature girls of gonzo pornographer Adam Glasser (also known as Seymore Butts) and during which stint of her career Taylor made several videos which highlighted her enthusiasm for anal play (including anilingus and A2M).
Vivid Entertainment signed Hayes to an exclusive contract in 1997 during which time she made more than a dozen feature films. Hayes also had breast augmentation and had liposuction done to her lower body during this period.
Simultaneous with her Vivid engagement, Hayes also secured a recurring role on Playboy TV and further was depicted together with Jenna Jameson and Briana Banks in the south of France in Vanity Fair magazine.
Hayes has made several appearances on the Howard Stern show, the last in which she abruptly left the studio in tears, prompted by Stern's emphasis on her reputation as an "Anal Queen."
Hayes became romantically involved with Glasser in 1995, had a son by him named Brady in 1996, and split with Glasser in 1997. Brady was thereafter awarded to Glasser in a bitter and extended child custody dispute. In the years after the split with Glasser, Hayes had several publicized arguments with Glasser's subsequent girlfriend, Alisha Klass (both of whom are known for their penchants for anal sex as well as their abilities to ejaculate, or "squirt," in copious amounts).
After several contentious years as a Vivid Girl, in 2002 Hayes retired from adult films. AVN Magazine nearly contemporaneously included Hayes in their list of the "Top 50 Porn Stars of All Time".
Hayes has unsuccessfully attempted to gain mainstream film roles, including during the mid-1990s in the softcore film Animal Instincts III, and after leaving Vivid, the 2003 low-budget B film Evil Breed: The Legend of Samhain.
Hayes announced her return to porn in December 2005. Her first return scenes were a multi-girl orgy for Shane's World Productions (whose owner, Shane, had also been Glasser's girlfriend before Hayes), and an oral scene featuring Mark Davis, and shot by Glasser for his production company. In a further turnabout, Hayes is represented in her recent comeback efforts by ex-boyfriend Glasser's talent agency. In 2007, she was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame.

Hair color Red
Eye color Blue
Measurements (US) 33-24.5-34.5
Dress size (US) 4

Karen Elson (born 14 January 1979 in Oldham, Greater Manchester, England) is a British model and singer. Her trademarks are her red hair and her eyebrows, which fashion photographer Steven Meisel once persuaded her to shave off.
Elson has walked the runways of many top fashion designers including Marc Jacobs (which she did while pregnant), Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and Versace. She has appeared in international campaigns for Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Versace, Christian Dior, Burberry and Chanel, to name a small number. She has also been on the covers of many international magazines such as Vogue, W, Dazed & Confused, Numéro, Marie Claire, Elle, and others.
In 1998 she won model of the year at the VH1 fashion awards (the year after Kate Moss won). In 2005, Elson won the British Fashion Award for Best Model, over fellow catwalkers Lily Donaldson and Danny Beauchamp.
Elson has been (and still is) quite vocal about how damaging the fashion industry can be to young women and their body image. In 2002 she admitted that she had struggled with eating disorders since the age of seven but her issues with food increased once her career took off.
She is also known as a singer and performer. While dating Smashing Pumpkins guitarist James Iha in 2001 she took up an interest in music. In 2003 she contributed backing vocals to a remix of Robert Plant's "Last Time I Saw Her" off of Plant's album Dreamland. By 2004 the pair had recorded a couple of songs but they were never released. In 2005 a personal recording of Elson singing was made available on a CD accompanying the August 2005 issue of Uncut magazine (the song was titled "Coming Down"). It wasn't until 2006 that Elson received attention, singing the provocative "I Love You (Me Either)" with Cat Power on Monsieur Gainsbourg Revisited, a tribute album to French singer/songwriter Serge Gainsbourg. In July 2008 she accompanied She & Him during a live show in Nashville, Tennessee, performing "Tennessee Waltz" alongside Zooey Deschanel.
Elson is currently a creative director and performer with the New York City based political cabaret troupe The Citizens Band, appearing with them at various nightlife hotspots as well as the downtown power-house gallery Deitch Projects. Critical response to Karen's performances have been unequivocally positive, with the press frequently commenting on her striking vocal skills. As one of the leaders of The Citizens Band she has performed a variety of songs including well received covers of The Velvet Underground, Mimi and Richard Farina, Pete Seeger, and Leonard Cohen and Marlene Dietrich.
She has also appeared in many short films and videos, including the music video for The White Stripes's "Blue Orchid", directed by Floria Sigismondi. She has also appeared in fashion films such as Cyril Guyot's Tom Ford Is Missing, Nick Knight's Andy Warhol-inspired series More Beautiful Women Craig McDean's 48 Girls, and Bruce Weber's Petit Fleur, Harlequin, Voodoo Daddy, Closer Walk With Thee and Karen's Boogie (all films were made in conjunction with W as a tribute to New Orleans). She has also appeared in the short film Lay Down Lean, a project by the experimental filmmaking team The Belles Of The Black Diamond Field.
Elson has contributed to Nick Knight's SHOWstudio since 2002. Among her contributions is a video of her singing Danzig's "Devil's Plaything" with Melissa Auf der Maur at the Chelsea Hotel. She also contributed to Knight's project "Moving Fashion" with a black and white video of herself in a sequined gown, perched upon a swing. The images were accompanied by Elson playing the autoharp and singing a verse of Marlene Dietrich's "Falling In Love Again."
As of October 23, 2008 Elson has been managing a vintage boutique in Nashville, Tennessee with Venus & Mars' Amy Patterson.. The boutique is called Venus & Mars- The Showroom and features "high end rare vintage garments and adornments to cheap and cheerful vintage dress and jewels.".
On 1 June 2005, she married Jack White (of the bands The White Stripes and The Raconteurs) in Brazil. The wedding took place in a canoe in the Amazon River and was officiated by a shaman. A Catholic priest later blessed the ceremony. Elson first met White while filming the video for the White Stripes single "Blue Orchid" earlier in 2005. The video's director, Floria Sigismondi noted, "you sensed an energy between them."
Elson gave birth to the couple's first child, daughter Scarlett Teresa, on 2 May 2006 in Tennessee. The couple's second child, a boy, named Henry Lee, was born on 7 August 2007.
As a child she went to North Chadderton School in Chadderton with her twin sister, model Kate Elson.

Her mother was employed as a cosmetologist, but also worked part-time as a singer; Patricia was quick to take up this creative activity for herself, singing in church and at school before moving on to vocal training for opera in her late teens. Ultimately, the excessively formal and uninspired nature of the training proved too restrictive to her sensibilitites, and she abandoned an academic musical direction. Right after her graduation from high school she married draftee Dennis Benatar, relocating with him to a military station in Virginia; at this time she made the decision to become active once again as a performer, taking a less-than-promising job as a singing waitress at a flapperesque nightclub named The Roaring Twenties. By 1975 Benatar and her husband had returned to New York, only to divorce shortly afterwards. The young singer subsequently renewed her efforts at a music career with even more determination.
After several years of performing on the New York cabaret circuit and in small, off-Broadway productions, Benatar made her first concrete step towards establishing herself as a recording artist through participation in an 'open mic' evening at the 'Catch A Rising Star' club in 1978. Her rendition of the Judy Garland song Rock-A-Bye Your Baby With A Dixie Melody was greeted by the audience with considerable enthusiasm, and shortly afterwards the club's owner Rick Newman assumed mangement duties for Benatar's career. Before the end of 1978 she had a contract with Chrysalis Records, and early the following year her first album, In The Heat of the Night, was on the shelves. By this time Benatar had traded in her cabaret-oriented approach for her now well-known tough-chick persona; both the image and the music suited the times perfectly, and the album (propelled by the top 40 single Heartbreaker) became an immediate, platinum-selling hit.
Over the next three years Pat Benatar released three more albums: Crimes of Passion (1980), Precious Time (1981), and Get Nervous (1982), each of which attained platinum sales and spawned their own batch of well-received singles (the most popular being her second album Crimes of Passion and it's singles Hit Me With Your Best Shot and Treat Me Right). Within the span of these three releases the singer not only established herself as one of the leading female performers, but brought an end to the male-exclusive membership of the arena rock genre, purely on the strength of having more talent than any dozen of the girly-boy hair bands active at the time. A re-enforcement of this status was achieved with the release of the live document Live from Earth (1983) -- an album whose studio-recorded single Love is a Battlefield would become one of the more popular videos in rotation during the early years of MTV. In 1982 she married Neil Giraldo, who had been her guitarist and musical collaborator since her first album; their partnership (both musical and personal) has continued up to the present day.
With the creation of her sixth album Tropico, Benatar and Giraldo began to move away from the bad-ass image and sound of her earlier albums and towards a more mainstream pop style, while still managing to score another high-charting single with the track We Belong. This change in direction became increasingly more evident over the next pair of albums (Seven the Hard Way (1985) and Wide Awake in Dreamland (1988)), resulting in a corresponding drop in mass popularity (the top-40 zombies as usual taking a dim view of performers who abandon the style of their early hits) -- although both records certainly sold well by more reasonable (non-corporate) standards. Outside of music critics and a dedicated core of fans, the blues-based follow-up True Love (1991) was received with even less enthusiasm. The singer made a return to heavy rock with 1993's Gravity's Rainbow, but by this point mainstream tastes had moved elsewhere, and the next several years were spent raising her two young daughters away from public scrutiny.
In 1995 Benatar set out on her first substantial tour of the decade, packaged with fellow "classic rock" acts Fleetwood Mac and REO Speedwagon. Eventually a departure was made from her label Chrysalis (recently assimilated by monster conglomerate EMI), the next effort -- an acoustic collection titled Innamorata -- being issued through CMC International in 1997. That same year she embarked on another extensive tour (this time with CMC labelmates Styx), as well as participating in the first two dates of the Lilith Fair festival, which provided the singer with her first opportunity to share a bill with many younger female musicians inspired by her early career. Throughout the remainder of the decade and continuing into the 00's, Benatar and Giraldo maintained a consistent touring schedule, in addition to releasing various live recordings and a 3 disc retrospective (Synchronistic Wanderings, 1999). A return to studio work was finally made with 2003's Go, released on the Bel Chiasso label.

Kim Mathers
AKA Kimberly Anne Scott

Born: 9-Jan-1975
Birthplace: Detroit, MI
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: White
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Relative
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Eminem's two-time ex-wife

Husband: Eminem (m. 14-Jun-1999, div. 7-Aug-2000, remarried 14-Jan-2006, div. 19-Dec-2006)
Daughter: Hailie Jade Scott (b. 25-Dec-1995 with Eminem)
Kimberley Mathers is known as the ex-wife of hip hop star Eminem, whom she has married and divorced twice. Some elements of their relationship have been used to inspire Eminem's lyrics. Their relationship troubles have received public scruitiny, have often been the subject of celebrity gossip, and at times have spilled over into public feuding.
They met for the first time in 1987 at a friend's house. They started getting together in 1991. Their relationship was on again, off again even from the beginnings. In December 25, 1995, their only child Hailie Jade Scott was born. After Eminem was signed to the Aftermath Records, the couple got married on June 14, 1999 in St. Joseph, MO.
In 2000, as Eminem gained widespread fame and publicity following the release of his second major-label album, The Marshall Mathers LP, her troubled relationship with him was often a news topic. Kim, a track on the CD, has Eminem shouting verbal abuse at her (Kim's voice is also played by Eminem on the track) for getting into a relationship with someone else; it ends with the sound of her throat being cut while Eminem shouts, "Bleed, bitch, bleed! Bleeeed!!!"
The track was framed by Eminem as a prequel to the comparatively less intense track 97' Bonnie & Clyde, a parody of Porter Wagoner and Dolly Parton's Just the Two of Us on Eminem's The Slim Shady LP, in which he disposes of the body of his wife while his daughter Hailie rides in the car.
Kim also saw him perform this show live in Detroit, with a mock-up doll of her being abused by Mathers on stage to audience approval. This was a recurring part of Mathers's performance in the Up in Smoke tour. Following this concert, on July 7, 2000, Kim attempted suicide by cutting her wrists.
Eminem first filed for divorce in August, but the divorce proceedings were delayed. On December, the couple reconciled for the sake of their daughter. The relationship still didn't last, with Kim filing for divorce in March of 2001. They went through an ugly custody battle over Hailie. The divorce was final in October of 2001.
After almost three years of rumors that the two of them were together again, it was confirmed on December 7, 2005, when Eminem announced on Metro Detroit's Mojo in the Morning radio program that the couple had reconciled and would probably re-marry in 2006. The couple remarried on January 14, 2006 in Rochester Hills, Michigan ; however, on April 5, Eminem filed for divorce for the second time . This divorce finally went through on December 19, 2006.
In February 2007 Kim went on the "Mojo In The Morning" radio program and spoke on Eminem, saying they had a bad sex life and he was not very well endowed. She also said he was not a very good father, and is not that close to Hailie anymore. However, she said she regretted publicly criticizing him and that he is a great father on an ABC special about revenge. She also admitted to being unfaithful during their first marriage but claimed it was in response to his "constant infidelities". Eminem tried to silence his ex-wife by taking her to court, because he said the press campaign against him could harm their daughter Hailie, but the judge said that she can go on with that with the only limitation not to speak ill of him in front of their children.
Children
Kim and Marshall Mathers have one daughter together; Hailie Jade Scott, born on December 25, 1995. The Mathers are also guardians to Alaina Marie Scott, born on May 3, 1993, the daughter of her sister. Kim Mathers has a second daughter, Whitney Laine Scott, born on April 16, 2002; Whitney appears in the When I'm Gone video, she is the youngest girl on the swing.

Crystal Gayle

Crystal Gayle
AKA Brenda Gail Webb

Born: 9-Jan-1951
Birthplace: Paintsville, KY
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: White
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Country Musician
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Country music star with hair to her ankles
Sister: Loretta Lynn (country music singer)
Husband: Bill Gatzimos (m. 1970, one daughter, one son)
Daughter: Catherine Clare
Son: Christos James
Crystal Gayle (born Brenda Gail Webb January 9, 1951) is an American country and pop singer, She is the youngest daughter of Melvin Ted and Clara Marie Webb, who raised eight children on a meager coal miner's salary. By the time Gayle was born, her sister Loretta Lynn, sixteen years older, had married and moved away. She is also a distant cousin of singer Patty Loveless. In the late 1970s and in the 1980s, she had great pop crossover success with "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue", "Talking in Your Sleep" and "Half the Way". She is also famous for her nearly floor-length hair and was voted one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world in 1983.
Crystal Gayle's popularity in Country music in the mid-70s and into the late-80s made her one of the most successful Country music artists of all time, and one of the leading female vocalists of her generation. She has racked 17 No. 1 Country hits (her sister Loretta has racked up 16 No. 1s on the Country charts) from 1977 to 1987, with songs like "You Never Miss a Real Good Thing", "Too Many Lovers", "Talking in Your Sleep", "You and I", and "The Sound of Goodbye". While these songs were major Country hits, they were also Top 10 and Top 20 Adult Contemporary hits, making Gayle a popular singer outside of the Country market.
While Gayle is the younger sister of Loretta Lynn, her musical sound is very different from Lynn's. Gayle's career began as country music moved towards a more pop-oriented sound in the 1970s, as exemplified by such performers as Lynn Anderson and Barbara Mandrell. Gayle's music reflects the modern Nashville sound.
Biography & Career
Early life & rise to success
Gayle was born in Paintsville, Kentucky, but grew up in Wabash, Indiana, two hours southeast of Chicago, an area quite different from Butcher Holler, Kentucky, the small rural town where her older sister grew up. Here, Gayle was raised in a rural farming community. In Indiana, Gayle was also exposed to various genres of music, which contributed to Gayle's unique vocal sound. In high school, Gayle performed folk music, and sang background in her brother's band, as well as taking up the guitar. She Graduated from high school in Wabash, Ind.
In 1970, Lynn's label, Decca Records signed Gayle to their record company. To avoid confusion with Brenda Lee (who was also signed to Decca), she changed her name. She changed her first name to Crystal (a nickname given to her as a child because of a fondness for Krystal Hamburgers) and her last name to Gayle (from her middle name, which was Gail). Lynn coined the name for her, and she liked it. Soon Decca was recording Crystal in the studio that year.
Early career in the mid-70s
Like many other people, Gayle became a fan of her sister's when Lynn began to build her country music career in the 1960s. As early as 1967, while she was still in high school, Gayle began to tour part time with Lynn. [1] Gayle released her first single that same year called "I've Cried (The Blues Right Out Of My Eyes)", a song written by Loretta. The song reached No. 23 that year and got her noticed. Gayle appeared regularly on Country music shows like Jim Ed Brown's show, The Country Place. Her singing style, however, was very similar to her older sister's and it was suggested Gayle find a sound of her own. Gayle continued to release records with Decca up until 1972 and then with the newly formed MCA Records. She did not return to the Country Top 40 until 1974's "Restless".
After signing with United Artists, Gayle worked with producer Allen Reynolds who helped establish her Countrypolitan or Country Pop sound. In 1975, she achieved her first Top 10 Country hit, "Wrong Road Again" (No. 6). A self-titled album was also released. The next year, she achieved another Top 10 record, "Somebody Loves You" (No. 8), followed by her first No. 1, "I'll Get Over You," which was also her first Hot 100 entry (No. 71). Gayle scored two more Top 2 hits, "You Never Miss A Real Good Thing (Till He Says Goodbye)" (No. 1) and "I'll Do It All Over Again" (No. 2), in 1977 before achieving the greatest success of her career.
The success of "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue"
Reynolds, feeling that Gayle was poised for a larger breakthrough, encouraged her to record the Jazz-flavored Pop ballad "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue," which he felt sure had crossover potential. He was right — not only did the song hit No. 1 for four weeks on the Country charts in 1977, it also climbed to No. 2 Pop and No. 4 AC and won Gayle a Grammy for Best Female Country Vocal Performance. The accompanying album, We Must Believe in Magic, became the first by a female country artist ever to go platinum.
In 1977 and 1978, she was awarded the CMA Awards' Female Vocalist of the Year. She toured worldwide including Britain with Kenny Rogers and China with Bob Hope where she became the first person to tape a performance on the Great Wall of China. She appeared in her own specials on CBS which led to her "Christmas In Sweden" special.
Country and Crossover (1978 - 1990)
After the success of "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue," Gayle and her record producers leaned more toward Pop/Adult Contemporary-styled country music with each new release. For the next ten years, she would have her biggest success. However, Gayle was always first identified as a country star. She and her sister, Loretta Lynn, were both among the most widely recognized faces in country music at the time. Some people thought Gayle and her sister were in competition with one another, but both Lynn and Gayle dismissed any rivalry in a 1978 People magazine cover story.
Gayle remade a previously recorded track from her Crystal album, "Ready For The Times To Get Better," as her first single after "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue." Although the single became her fourth No. 1 Country hit, it failed to reach the Pop Top 40 (No. 52). Gayle's next album, When I Dream, yielded three Top 3 Country hits - the No. 1 songs "Talking In Your Sleep" and "Why Have You Left The One You Left Me For" as well as the No. 3 "When I Dream." "Talking In Your Sleep" returned Gayle to the Pop Top 20 (No. 18). Gayle left United Artists for Columbia Records in 1979 for her next album, Miss The Mississippi. Gayle returned again to the Pop Top 20 with that album's first single, "Half The Way." But, this song became her last solo Top 20 Pop hit.
Gayle started the 1980s with another No. 1 country hit, "It's Like We Never Said Goodbye" (No. 63 Pop, No. 17 AC). This song led a historic Top 5 on the Billboard Country Singles chart on which the Top 5 positions were all held by women:
Crystal Gayle ("It's Like We Never Said Goodbye")
Dottie West ("A Lesson In Leavin'")
Debby Boone ("Are You On The Road To Lovin' Me Again")
Emmylou Harris ("Beneath Still Waters")
Tammy Wynette ("Two Story House" with George Jones)
Gayle's next album, Hollywood, Tennessee, was her most blatant attempt at country crossover. The album's A-side, "Hollywood," was pop while the album's B-side, "Tennessee," was country. The album's three singles all reached the Country Top 10, but only the first single, "The Woman In Me," reached the Hot 100 (No. 76). Gayle's singles, however, frequently charted Top 20 on the AC chart throughout the 1980s.
In 1982, Gayle worked on the Francis Ford Coppola film, One from the Heart, recording songs for the movie's soundtrack with Tom Waits. She then switched record labels again to Elektra Records. Her first Elektra album, True Love, produced the No. 1 country hits "Til I Gain Control Again," "Our Love Is On The Faultline" (No. 23 AC) and "Baby, What About You" (No. 83 Pop, No. 9 AC). She also recorded a duet, "You And I," with Elektra labelmate Eddie Rabbitt for his "Radio Romance" album which quickly ascended to No. 1 on the Country charts. The song also returned Gayle to the Pop Top 10 (No. 7) and became her biggest AC hit ever (No. 2).
Elektra Records was folded into Warner Bros. Records during 1983. Gayle's first Warner Bros. album, "Cage The Songbird," spawned two more No. 1 Country hits - "The Sound Of Goodbye" and "Turning Away" - and two other Top 5 Country hits - "I Don't Wanna Lose Your Love" (No. 2) and "Me Against The Night" (No. 4). "The Sound Of Goodbye" would be Gayle's final entry on the Hot 100 (No. 84) and her last Top 10 AC hit (No. 10). In 1985, she released her next album, Nobody Wants To Be Alone, which contained two Top 5 Country hits - the title track (No. 3) and "A Long And Lasting Love" (No. 5). Later that year, she teamed with Gary Morris to record a duet for the soundtrack to the Dallas television series. The song, "Makin' Up For Lost Time (The Dallas Lovers' Song)," reached No. 1 Country, but became Gayle's last AC chart appearance (No. 36).
Her 1986 album, Straight To The Heart, began promisingly with two more No. 1 Country singles - "Cry" and the title track. These songs, however, would be the last of Gayle's 18 No. 1 Country singles. She reunited with Gary Morris in 1987 to record the album, What If We Fall In Love, which would yield another theme from a television soap opera, Another World (No. 4). This became Gayle's last Top 10 Country hit to date. As neo-traditional Country singers such as Randy Travis and Gayle's distant cousin, Patty Loveless, began to rule the country airwaves in the late 1980s, the success of crossover artists like Gayle began to wane. Gayle's last charted single was 1990's "Never Ending Song Of Love" (No. 72).
Gayle continues to record and perform. In 1987, she guest-starred on the soap opera Another World. She played herself, a friend of the character Felicia Gallant, and was menaced by a serial killer known as the "Sin Stalker." She sang the show's theme with Gary Morris at the Daytime Emmy Awards and their song was used as the show's theme until March 1996. She also guest-starred on Second City TV in 1983 and acted in a comic sendup of A Star Is Born.
Later career & life today
In 1990, she rejoined her old producer Allen Reynolds to record an album called Ain't Gonna Worry. She occasionally released albums during the decade, focusing more on touring. In 1997, she released a new album entitled Crystal Gayle Sings the Heart and Soul of Hoagy Carmichael, which put Gayle's voice into Jazz-Pop content.
Gayle's admitted her "heartbeat" is her family. She married her high school sweetheart, Bill Gatzimos, shortly after graduating high school. The couple have two children, Catherine and Cris, and one grandson, Elijah. Gayle's family resides in Nashville, where she also has her own specialty store, "Crystal's for Fine Gifts and Jewelry." One of Gayle's most cherished awards came in October 2000, when the Cherokee Nation bestowed upon her their highest award, the Cherokee Medal of Honor.
Gayle is known to be the female artist with the longest hair in the world, and her hair has been noted on CMT as one of the world's greatest fashion statements. Her website says she grew her hair to such incredible lengths because she had to have it boyishly short as a child. She has had at least "classic length" all through adulthood, but now keeps her hair to three inches off the floor (though because of its excellent condition, many people think it is indeed floor length, despite the fact that while on stage, she always wears high heels to lift it higher.) "If it's on the ground, I find I step on it on stage. When you've hair like this, you cannot plan anything other than washing your hair and doing your concert." While singing, she frequently stands with her back to the audience, who watch her luxurious hair sway back and forth. Gayle has confessed she sometimes has nightmares about waking up with all her hair cut off, and ever since a fan cut off a large chunk of her sister's hair, Gayle has been extra protective of her own hair among fans. She has also posed for pictures with other women with very long hair (also sometimes to the floor). Her daughter has much shorter hair, and Gayle has often remarked she's sad that so far her daughter has chosen not to follow in her mother's long hair footsteps. Gayle had short hair when she was living in the parental home.
On June 9, 2005, she took the stage at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee for a live reprise of her cross-over smash hit, "You and I," a duet she had recorded with Eddie Rabbitt. That song had been named the number 7 all-time best/favorite Country Music Duet during a countdown and concert that listed the "Top 100 Greatest Country Duets" of all time.
A new Crystal Gayle in Concert DVD was taped in Nashville on June 9, 2005 released later that year. In 2006, she appeared on an episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition when she stopped by to help with the making of a new house near Nashville. That same year, she also announced the release of another live album entitled Live! An Evening With Crystal Gayle. Most recently, she appeared on a Country music special on channel thirteen, where she sung her signature song, "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue". On September 9, 2007, Gayle received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Stolen tour bus incident
Gayle became involved in a fugitive hunt for Christopher Gay in January 2007, who had escaped from custody at an Interstate 95 welcome center near Hardeeville, South Carolina on the 21st by stealing a pickup truck. After stealing a tractor-trailer cab in Forest Park, Georgia, Gay headed to central Tennessee, hooking up a Wal-Mart trailer in Manchester, Tennessee in the process. On the 23rd, Gay managed to con the keys to Gayle's tour bus. He took the bus all the way down from Old Hickory, Tennessee to Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, parking the bus in a VIP spot next to NASCAR Nextel Cup driver Jeff Gordon on the 25th. Gay was arrested for prostitution the following day and Gayle got her tour bus back.

Beginning with a country sound, Rilo Kiley gravitated toward a downbeat indie rock sound, and with their 2004 album More Adventurous found widespread success. Critics such as Pitchfork Media attributed this to the "wise" decision to front Lewis on most of the songs (on earlier albums, Sennett contributed about half the vocals). The song "Portions for Foxes" was a hit, and in 2005 the band was picked up by Warner Bros. (via their own imprint, Brute/Beaute Records), putting them on a major label for the first time. They opened for Coldplay on their U.S. tour in 2005. Rilo Kiley's 2007 album, Under the Blacklight is being released directly by major label Warner Bros..
Other musical projects
In 2002, Lewis was asked to contribute some vocals for The Postal Service, whose album Give Up was an international success. Lewis performed in the video for the hit "We Will Become Silhouettes", and toured with the band in 2003. Lewis also contributed vocals to several tracks on the 2004 Cursive album The Ugly Organ.
In 2004, Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes invited Lewis to record a solo record for record label Team Love. Described by Lewis as "a kind of soul record," Rabbit Fur Coat, released in January 2006, features contributions from Oberst, M. Ward, and Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine. Ben Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie, and Lewis's bandmate in The Postal Service, guests on a cover of The Traveling Wilburys' "Handle With Care." The Watson Twins provide accompaniment on the album, billed as Jenny Lewis with the Watson Twins. Lewis toured with the Watson Twins in support of the album three times in 2006 and appeared with her band on The Late Show With David Letterman, The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson, Late Night With Conan O'Brien and Later with Jools Holland. The album was met with very positive reviews from music critics, with Entertainment Weekly writing, "Consider Lewis the Emmylou Harris of the Silverlake set" and Rolling Stone commenting that "her girlishly seductive vocals are more versatile than ever." The Onion AV Club, Spin, and NPR music critic Meredith Ochs named it among the best albums of the year.
In 2005, Lewis contributed to the UNICEF benefit song, "Do They Know It's Hallowe'en?" along with Sennett and Jimmy Tamborello.
Musical influences
In the April 2006 issue of Spin, Lewis lists the "Music That Changed My Life" in a full page article, noting predominantly late 1980s and early 1990s hip hop music as important influences on her musical development. Albums such as N.W.A.'s Straight Outta Compton, De La Soul's 3 Feet High and Rising and Beastie Boys' Paul's Boutique are listed in the article, as well music by Too $hort, Jungle Brothers, Black Sheep, Souls of Mischief and Freestyle Fellowship. In the same article, she is quoted as saying "I'm an Eazy-E girl" showing her adoration for the deceased rapper and former member of the group N.W.A.. She remembers an encounter with Freestyle Fellowship member Aceyalone, "I actually saw them in the early '90s at a Hollywood Club. I went by myself, and Aceyalone picked me out and freestyled about me. Maybe it was part of his shtick - to dis the enthusiastic but lonely white girl. I must've looked like such a poser."
In several interviews, Lewis has also credited influences such as Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, and Laura Nyro, particularly her album Gonna Take a Miracle. Lewis has been spotted at concerts by some of these performers as well as indie singer-songwriter Leslie Feist.

Rachel Nichols
Born: January 8, 1980
Location: Augusta, Maine, U.S.
Occupation: Actor
Years active: 2000–present
Spouse: Scott Stuber (July 26, 2008–present)
Rachel Emily Nichols (born January 8, 1980) is an American actress, currently known for her film work and for her portrayal of CIA agent Rachel Gibson on the ABC television series Alias.
Biography
Early life, college and modeling
The daughter of Jim and Alison Nichols, Nichols was born and raised in Augusta, Kennebec County, Maine. She attended Cony High School, where she competed in the high jump. As a sophomore at Cony, she studied abroad in France. Nichols admitted to Latino Review that she "wasn't the hot chick" in high school, referring to herself instead as a "late bloomer". Upon graduating in 1998, she headed to Columbia University in New York City, intent on studying psychology. While growing up, Nichols enjoyed trekking through the outdoors and loved windsurfing, sailing and "just being on the water".
According to Nichols, she stumbled into modeling accidentally: "I was in the right place at the right time and decided to give modeling a try." While posing for companies like Guess? and Abercrombie & Fitch, she also enrolled in drama classes at Columbia. She maintained a difficult schedule throughout college, balancing her studies in New York City with photo shoots in Europe. In 2002, Nichols decided to really pursue acting in earnest.
Acting career
At first, Nichols appeared in various television shows in bit parts (her first auditioned role, which she won, was that of an orgy-loving restaurant hostess in a 2002 episode of Sex and the City), but later that year she won the role of Jessica, the dogged school-newspaper reporter, in Dumb and Dumberer. She left Columbia midway through her last semester to shoot the picture, but still managed to graduate on time despite the demanding modeling schedule. She wrote two term papers and took the final exam of her undergraduate career just days before shipping all of her things to Atlanta, where Dumberer was being filmed. Although Dumberer was ultimately a flop, the exposure it provided earned Nichols roles in the television series Line of Fire, plus the 2005 horror films, The Amityville Horror, and The Woods.
In 2004, FOX planned to develop a series vaguely reminiscent of their first hit drama, 21 Jump Street. They enlisted Todd and Glenn Kessler (of Robbery Homicide Division) to create the show, tentatively named The Inside. The Kesslers cast Nichols as a 22-year-old federal agent who impersonates a high-school girl in an undercover operation; they also cast Fastlane's Peter Facinelli and model Willa Holland, and shot a pilot. The pilot underwhelmed studio execs, though, and FOX brought in Angel writer Tim Minear to re-tool the concept. Minear ended up radically changing the show's story and purging the entire cast — save for Nichols, who remained the show's centerpiece. While some sources said that Nichols was kept on because FOX pressured Minear to do so, Minear stood by a different story: "Even if [Nichols] wasn't already living in this show when I got there I'd have cast her. [She's] a star in the making, I feel. And an unspoiled delight..." he told Variety.
The new concept more closely echoed The Silence of the Lambs than Jump Street, and Nichols' character had been dramatically altered as well: now she was rookie Special Agent Rebecca Locke, assigned to Los Angeles' FBI Violent Crimes Unit, an elite group of criminal profilers charged with tracking the city's most dangerous deviants. Another of Minear's new wrinkles was that Nichols' character now had a marked similarity to the back-story of Elizabeth Smart, including a history of suffering, kidnapping, and abuse. The summer 2005 series received mixed reviews and a limited run, though the performances of Nichols (who says she "tested mostly for high school parts" before winning The Inside's dark lead role) and co-star Peter Coyote received generally favorable marks from critics.
After the failed FOX series, Nichols quickly found work on the ABC series Alias in the fall of 2005. Nichols portrayed Rachel Gibson, a computer expert duped into thinking she works for the CIA, when in fact she is working for a dangerous terrorist organization — a predicament not far removed from that of Sydney Bristow in Alias' first season. Discovering the truth, Nichols' character later joins the real CIA and becomes Bristow's protégé, complete with undercover missions and martial arts scenes, which Nichols had to work hard on to make appear realistic, struggling at first with the stunts. Coincidentally, Alias marked the second series in a row for Nichols in which she portrayed a government agent.
Although ABC announced the cancellation of Alias effective in May 2006, Nichols' character was created as a possible replacement for series star Jennifer Garner's Sydney, had the actress chosen to leave the show or scale back her involvement in the series (this, in fact, did begin to occur as the season progressed and Garner's real-life pregnancy prevented her from taking part in many action sequences). On May 22, 2006, Nichols appeared in Alias' final episode, "All the Time in the World".
After starring in two canceled television series in the last calendar year, Nichols turned her attention back to the big screen with two movies in 2007. The first, Resurrecting the Champ, featured Nichols as the assistant to a sportswriter (Josh Hartnett) who finds a former boxing legend (Samuel L. Jackson) living homeless on the streets. The second, P2, marked a return to the horror genre for Nichols, as she portrayed a businesswoman who gets trapped inside a public parking garage with a deranged security guard. In this role, Nichols refused to shoot any type of nudity, including sheer, wet tops. "In place of the nipples there's clearly a lot of cleavage," Nichols said in an interview, "so we made a compromise."
In 2007, Nichols also landed one of the leads in another FOX series — the science fiction drama Them, directed by Jonathan Mostow, although the show ultimately was not picked up by the network. Looking ahead to 2009, Nichols' upcoming films include J. J. Abrams's Star Trek (in which she plays an Orion cadet at Starfleet Academy), as well as Stephen Sommers' G.I. Joe, in which she portrays Shana "Scarlett" O'Hara.
Personal life
Nichols married Scott Stuber on July 26, 2008 in Aspen, Colorado. Stuber is a Universal Studios producer, and former vice chairman of Worldwide Production for Universal Pictures. Nichols returned her hair to its natural blonde color for the ceremony, having previously been a redhead for her work in films. The couple honeymooned in Bora Bora, an island in French Polynesia in the South Pacific Ocean. As of 2008, they are building a home in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Nichols returns to her parents' home in Augusta, Maine every Christmas.
Awards and nominations
She was nominated in 2005 for the Teen Choice Award at the Teen Choice Awards for Choice Movie Scream Scene for The Amityville Horror (2005) (Lisa screams as she's locked in the closet.). In 2006 she won the Best Ensemble Cast award at the Method Fest for Debating Robert Lee (2004), shared with Daniel Letterle, Billy Kay, Kaley Cuoco, Beau Bridges, Brian Kerwin and Melinda Dillon, and was nominated for the MTV Movie Award at the MTV Movie Awards/2006 MTV Movie Awards for Best Frightened Performance for The Amityville Horror (2005).

Donna Rice
Born: 7-Jan-1958
Birthplace: New Orleans, LA
Gender: Female
Religion: Born-Again Christian
Race or Ethnicity: White

Occupation: Activist
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Anti-porn crusader, boned Gary Hart
Father: William Rice
Mother: Miriam
Husband: Jack Hughes (m. 7-May-1994)
Daughter: Mindy (stepdaughter)
Son: Sean (stepson)
Boyfriend: Gary Hart
Donna Rice Hughes (born January 7, 1958) was a figure in the 1987 sex scandal that ended the second presidential campaign of Gary Hart. Since the mid-1990s, she has worked as an anti-pornography activist.
Early years
The daughter of a highway engineer and secretary, Rice lived in Florida, Georgia (in Atlanta), and South Carolina. A self-described over-achiever, she began a modeling career at age 13 and worked at getting straight A's in high school while attending church and working in clothing stores.
Rice graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1980, where she was both an honors student and cheerleader. Of her senior year, however, she said: "I began to compromise my Christian values — partying and dating guys who weren't Christians."
After graduating college, Rice stopped attending church. She reports being raped by an older man she was dating, but she was too ashamed to tell anyone. She says the rape was "the turning point in my life, the catalyst that propelled me further into an unhealthy lifestyle". After winning the Miss South Carolina World beauty pageant, she went to New York City to compete in the national event. She did not win, but remained in New York and pursued an acting and modeling career.
In 1982, Rice moved to Miami, where she worked as a television actress for a pharmaceutical company and for a small marketing business. In March 1987, she met former Senator Gary Hart at a Miami fundraiser.
Sex scandal
Soon after meeting Rice, Hart announced his candidacy for President of the United States. Having put up a surprisingly strong fight in 1984 against the eventual nominee, former Vice President Walter Mondale, he was perceived as the frontrunner for the Democratic nomination in 1988. But rumors quickly began circulating about Hart's infidelity to his wife, leading the candidate to challenge the media to follow him around and saying that anybody who did so would "be very bored." The day before that dare appeared in The New York Times, two reporters for the Miami Herald observed Rice coming out of Hart's Washington, DC townhouse and published the story on the day the dare appeared in print. Hart contended that the reporters had no way of knowing when Rice arrived or what she was doing there, but his popularity still took a major hit, and polls immediately found him 10 points behind Massachusetts governor Michael Dukakis. Two days after the story broke, the Herald obtained photographs of Rice sitting in Hart's lap in Bimini aboard a motor yacht called Monkey Business. The National Enquirer published the photographs, and just five days later, Hart dropped out of the race.
As a result of the scandal, Rice lost her job as a marketing representative for a pharmaceutical company in South Florida. However other offers flowed in; she refused most, including a Playboy appearance, but worked as a national spokesmodel for No Excuses jeans until Hart's unsuccessful re-entry into the presidential race in December 1987.
After the scandal
Rice met her future husband, Jack Hughes, on a blind date in 1991, and they married on May 7, 1994.
From 1994 to 1999, she worked as Communications Director and Vice President of "Enough Is Enough", a nonprofit organization dedicated to stopping pornography, assisting victims, and campaigning "to make the Internet safer for children and families." In 1999, Rice Hughes was appointed by then-Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott (R-Miss.) to a congressional panel. As of 2005[update], she is the volunteer president of "Enough is Enough" and has co-written a book entitled Kids Online: Protecting Your Children in Cyberspace.
"Because pornography is a tool of Satan that exploits and distorts our God-given sexuality, women -- especially Christian women -- need to understand the increasing threat of online pornography."

Boyfriend: Vince Vaughn (1998)
Joey Lauren Adams (born January 9, 1968) is an American actress who has appeared in over 30 films. She is perhaps best known for her roles in the films of Kevin Smith, particularly Chasing Amy.
Biography
Early life
Adams was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Her father was a lumber yard owner. She moved to Hollywood in 1988.
Career
Adams' first movie breakthrough role came in 1993 in Richard Linklater's Dazed and Confused, a film which also starred Ben Affleck and Matthew McConaughey. Playing Alyssa Jones in the 1997 film Chasing Amy, opposite Ben Affleck, brought her a lot of attention for her portrayal of a lesbian who falls for a man. Director Kevin Smith wrote and directed the film, which was largely inspired by his relationship with Adams herself.
Her performance earned her both the 1997 Chicago Film Critics Award and Las Vegas Film Critics Society Award for "Most Promising Actress" and a Golden Globe nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture—Comedy/Musical. Adams also contributed the song "Alive" to the soundtrack of Chasing Amy, performing it in one of the scenes of the film. She also has appeared in two other View Askew productions, Mallrats (1995) and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001) briefly reprising the role of Chasing Amy's Alyssa in the latter. She reprised the role again, in voice form only, for Clerks: The Lost Scene, featured on the Clerks X DVD.
After having the female lead in the Adam Sandler box office smash Big Daddy she would go on to appear in smaller films that met with less success (Beautiful, In the Shadows) and many lesser-seen small films.
Some speculation has been made that her unusual speaking voice hampered her chances of Hollywood stardom, to which she has commented: "It's not a normal voice. It doesn't fit into people's preconceptions about what a woman's voice should sound like. My mom doesn't think I have an unusual voice, though. I'm sure it's helped me get some roles. But Chasing Amy I almost didn't get. There was concern the voice would grate on some people, which some critics said it did."
In 2005, she had a guest role in an episode of TV show Veronica Mars. During 2006, Adams released her directorial debut, Come Early Morning, starring Ashley Judd, Jeffrey Donovan, Diane Ladd, Tim Blake Nelson and Laura Prepon. The film, shot on location in Little Rock and North Little Rock, was selected for the 2006 Sundance Film Festival.
Personal life
Adams shares her hometown with another Hollywood actress, Mary Steenburgen. Currently, she resides in Oxford, Mississippi.
In a 1997 article by planetout.com, she is reported to have said, "I'm bisexual, and I realized that when I went to Bali where the culture there is very bisexual, and it is the first time I was very attracted to women. I have a lot of friends who are [that way]; in fact, most". While more recently, in a 2006 interview with suicidegirls.com, she stated, "I’m not bisexual but I’ve seen on the internet that it says that. It’s a rumor."

Patty Loveless
AKA Patrica Lee Ramey

Born: 4-Jan-1957
Birthplace: Pikeville, KY
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: White
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Country Musician
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: "New traditionalist" country singer
Patty Loveless, raised in Elkhorn City, Kentucky and Louisville, Kentucky ) is an American country music singer. Loveless rose to stardom thanks to her mix of honky tonk and emotive country ballads. She is a distant cousin of Loretta Lynn and Crystal Gayle.
Early Years
Loveless' interest in music started when she was a young child. Her older sister, Dotty Ramey, was an aspiring country singer in the mid 1960s, and would perform frequently at small clubs in Eastern Kentucky, with her brother Roger Ramey, known as the "Swinging Rameys". Traveling with Dotty and Roger to Fort Knox in 1967, and hearing her sister perform on stage, Patty Ramey decided that she would like to become a performer as well.
When Dotty got married, Patty joined her brother Roger and started singing together at the Lincoln Jamboree and several clubs in Louisville Kentucky, under the name "Singin' Swingin' Rameys".
At age 14 in 1971 traveling with Roger who was a producer with The Porter Wagoner Show, she got to meet Wagoner Show star Dolly Parton (whom Loveless cites as a great influence on her career). At that meeting, Loveless performed one of her self-penned songs, "Sounds of Loneliness." Wagoner was impressed with her talent encouraged Loveless to go back home and finish school although he did invite her to travel with him and Dolly Parton on weekends during the summer.
Loveless and her brother would perform in various clubs. A local radio announcer, Danny King with a country radio station in Louisville was a supporter of the Ramey kids. Whenever there was an opportunity for Loveless to appear on stage, he would call up the Rameys and try to get them a booking.
It was during a 1973 touring Grand Ole Opry show in Louisville Gardens that Bill Anderson, Connie Smith, the Wilburn Brothers, and Jean Shepard was scheduled to appear. However Jean Shepard was caught in a flood, and she wasn't able to make it in. Danny King, sensing an opportunity, gave the Rameys a call. Loveless and her brother Roger appeared for about fifteen minutes on stage.
The Wilburn Brothers listened to Loveless and after her performance asked her if she wanted to come to Nashville and work with their band to replace their female singer. While traveling with the Wilburns, she met her future husband, Terry Lovelace, who was the drummer of the band.
After graduation from High School in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1975 Loveless chose to travel in a small band with Terry Lovelace, whom she married in 1976. (When she began performing professionally, she changed her name from Patty Lovelace to Loveless, so as not to draw any connection to porn actress Linda Lovelace.) For the next decade, Loveless performed in relative obscurity in North Carolina.

In early 1985, Loveless' marriage to Terry Lovelace was ending and she contacted her brother Roger to help her get back to Nashville. Roger told her that he could get her a deal with a major record label. Loveless moved back to Nashville, and her brother assisted her in making a five-song demo tape, one of them being a rough cut of her self-penned song "I Did", which Loveless first wrote as a teenager, then later included on her first album.
Roger Ramey then began to spread the word around about her talent. She and her brother disagreed about including "I Did" on the demo tape. Loveless didn't believe the song was good enough, but Roger argued that it would be what got her a contract. Once the demo was finished, Roger started trying to get her a deal. It didn't take very long. He had already decided that MCA/Nashville, was his first choice of labels, being the industry leader at the time. So he went to their offices, without an appointment, hoping to be able to meet someone by chance. Tony Brown wound up being that someone. The receptionist was a friend of Roger Ramey, and she helped him get in to see him. As soon as they met, Roger told him he had the "best girl singer to ever come to Nashville". Tony Brown said he'd give Roger 30 seconds to sell him, and he quickly played the tape of Patty singing "I Did".
Brown listened to the entire five-song tape, and asked Roger to leave it with him so he could play it for some other execs and get back to him. Roger refused and told Brown that he wanted a commitment that day, and if he didn't want her on MCA, he knew another label that did.
Tony Brown agreed to sign Loveless to a short-term, singles-only recording contact. MCA released her first single, "Lonely Days, Lonely Nights" on December 7, 1985, reaching #46 on the Billboard charts.
Other singles followed in 1986, with one of those first recordings being "I Did". When released in April 1986, "I Did" gained a significant amount of airplay, much to the surprise of the executives at MCA.
At this point and with the song doing so well, Loveless was offered an album contract. This gave birth to the self-titled Patty Loveless album, being initially released on October 1, 1986 in a promotional form, with a full release in February, 1987. Several other singles, "Wicked Ways" and "After All", were released from that album, which again, did not do well on the charts but garnered sufficient airplay that Tony Brown decided to sign Loveless to a long-term recording contract.
It was her second album, If My Heart Had Windows, that got Loveless noticed in the country music world. "If My Heart Had Windows" and "A Little Bit in Love" reached the country music top 10. Also, in 1988 Loveless was invited to join the Grand Ole Opry, which put her firmly in Nashville to stay.
While at MCA in the late 1980s, Loveless released three more albums for through 1991, scoring hits with songs such as "Timber, I'm Falling In Love", "Chains", "I'm That Kind of Girl", and "Jealous Bone". She toured endlessly and performed on television frequently. Also during these years, she met and married her second husband Emory Gordy, Jr. in 1989 who co-produced her music.
Although MCA had given her stardom, there was the belief (rightly or wrongly) that the record label did not promote her albums well. At MCA she was forced to compete with Reba McEntire, Trisha Yearwood and Wynonna. Changes in her band, also replacing her brother Roger as her manager did not improve matters. Feeling that she was not a label priority, she left for Epic Records in late 1992.
Sony Nashville Years (1993 - 2006)
With the new recording contract, Loveless headed into the recording studio to record new material. However, nagging problems over the years with her vocal cords turned into emergency surgery in late 1992 to repair burst nodes on her vocal cords, put her new album on the back burner and seriously threatened her career.
On her 36th birthday, Loveless re-entered her professional life by performing at the Grand Ole Opry. She was fully recovered, and in fact many say that her voice had a richer, fuller quality to it. Going back to work in the studio, she released the album Only What I Feel in April and her #1 single "Blame It On Your Heart" which firmly put Loveless back into the spotlight. The release of Only What I Feel gave Patty two CMA nominations for Single of the Year and Video of the Year for "How Can I Help You Say Goodbye". Some critics said that this album with Epic was her personal best.
Perhaps her crowning achievement was that album's follow-up, When Fallen Angels Fly. It won the Country Music Association's Album of the Year award and gave her four Top 10 singles. She followed it up with The Trouble with the Truth in 1996 which gave her Female Vocalist of the Year awards from both the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association.
Although she continued to record for Epic throughout the 1990s and into the early 2000s, her commercial momentum slowed down, as neotraditionalist artists like Loveless were eclipsed on country radio by flashier, "hot-to-trot" performers like Shania Twain and Lee Ann Womack; none of the singles released from her 1997 album Long Stretch of Lonesome or 2000's Strong Heart reached the top ten. (The albums themselves continued to do well, however, with Long Stretch reaching # 9, and Strong Heart peaking at #13 on the country albums charts.)
In an effort to control her own destiny, rather than be controlled by country radio, Loveless made an abrupt move away from commercial, country/pop and made a stone-cold bluegrass album in 2001. Mountain Soul was released to numerous critical accolades and sold decently despite a lack of radio support. She used the same bluegrass approach on a Christmas album, Bluegrass & White Snow: A Mountain Christmas, in 2002. On Your Way Home, a return to more commercial oriented country, was released in 2003 to critical acclaim. Though she has not scored a top-forty country single since "On Your Way Home" reached # 29 in 2004, Loveless' albums still do well, usually charting in the country albums top forty, despite the fact that she no longer has the support of mainstream country radio.
In 2005 she released Dreamin' My Dreams. While critical reception was good, it did not fare well commercially. The album debuted and peaked at number 29 on Billboard's country album chart while no song from the album made the singles chart.
In 2006, Loveless sang on albums with Bob Seger and Solomon Burke.
Current Activities
She took all of 2006 off of the road to spend more time at home with husband Emory Gordy. As of the beginning of 2007, she was still off the road.
Patty was an active amateur radio operator, with callsign KD4WUJ. As of April 3, 2007, her license shows as being canceled in the FCC database.

Victoria Principal was raised in a military family, which necessitated frequent moves, and grew up in London, Puerto Rico, Massachusetts, and Georgia. She started appearing in TV commercials at the age of 5. After studying at London's Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, she worked as a model while looking for acting work. She won the Miss Miami beauty pageant in 1969, and made her film debut as Paul Newman's Mexican mistress in The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean. She posed for Playboy in September 1973, and played a sexy biker chick in the 1974 disaster epic Earthquake with Charlton Heston and Richard Roundtree.
On the long-running prime time soap opera Dallas, she played Pamela Barnes Ewing, the wife of Patrick Duffy's Bobby Ewing, and sister-in-law of that scheming bastard, J. R. Ewing (Larry Hagman). She left Dallas after nine years, at about the time the show jumped the shark (co-star Duffy had just returned from the dead, revealing that the previous season had all been a dream). After Dallas, she wrote several books on fitness and nutrition, and has marketed her own skin care products, ventures which have reportedly earned her millions more than her acting has.
In a 1993 interview with TV Guide, Principal said, "I know there have been rumors that I didn't have children because of my vanity. I didn't have children because I can't have children. It was the luck of the draw... It is a loss." Some insiders whisper that her break-up with BeeGee Andy Gibb precipitated his spiraling drug abuse, depression, and eventual suicide.
Principal is active with PETA, publicly supports abortion rights, and has spoken out against domestic violence. In 1970, she was beaten up by then-boyfriend Max Baer, Jr., who remembered the incident 35 years later by saying, "She deserved it. She was acting like a bitch." In 2003, she was briefly hospitalized and her husband, surgeon Harry Glassman, was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse. Charges were never filed, and Principal issued a press release stating, "We have had a loving relationship for over 20 years. We've been and remain happily married. It is outrageous to believe we would inflict injury on one another or harm each other in any way."

Christy Nicole Turlington is an American supermodel best known for representing Calvin Klein fragrances since 1987. She grew up in Danville, California, with a British commercial pilot father and Salvadoran flight attendant mother of British descent, whose name is Maria Elena Parker from Santa Ana, El Salvador. She has also worked on various campaigns for Maybelline Cosmetic and Giorgio Armani, has appeared in several films about the fashion industry and was a co-founder of the now defunct Fashion Café.
Turlington has several accomplishments in the modeling industry, having had numerous million dollar contracts with companies like Maybelline, Chanel and Calvin Klein. Although she is known as one of the most successful supermodels in history, Christy has rejected the 'supermodel' label. She is widely respected in the fashion industry as one of the friendliest and most professional models in the business. In 1988, Christy along with Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Elle MacPherson, Claudia Schiffer, Stephanie Seymour and Tatjana Patitz became known as the first supermodels. Photographer Steven Meisel booked Christy, Naomi and Linda frequently and together they became known as the "Trinity".
During the 1990s, she appeared in Unzipped, a documentary about fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi, and the fashion mockumentary film Prêt-à-Porter by famed director Robert Altman. Additionally, she was featured in Catwalk, a documentary covering life on the fashion runways, by director Robert Leacock. The documentary was filmed in 1993 and premiered in 1996. The film followed Christy and her fellow models Naomi Campbell, Yasmin Le Bon, Kate Moss and Carla Bruni as they jetted around London, Milan, Paris and New York during Spring Fashion Week. It included rare footage of what goes on behind the scenes at big shows including fittings, parties, shopping and catfights. The film was shot in black and white and color, and featured many top designers at work like a young John Galliano, Karl Lagerfeld and Gianni Versace 4 years before his death.
Turlington also appeared in two music videos. Best friend and fellow model Yasmin Le Bon got her husband Simon LeBon of Duran Duran to feature Christy in their 'Notorious' video in 1986, as well as the album cover. In 1990, singer George Michael drew inspiration from Peter Lindbergh's January 1990 British Vogue cover (which features Christy, Naomi, Linda, Cindy and Tatjana) for his 'Freedom' video. The video featured all top 5 female models along with their top 5 male counterparts, lip-syncing the song.
More recently, she has become a partner in three successful business ventures: an ayurvedic skincare line (Sundari) and two clothing lines produced by Puma: Nuala, an active women's clothing line; and Mahanuala, a women's yoga-wear line.
On August 11, 2006 Women's Wear Daily reported that Turlington signed a multiyear contract with Maybelline, marking her return to the company that made her famous with its 'Maybe She's Born With It' ad campaign.
On the issue regarding the statement of Claudia Schiffer that the supermodel was dead, Turlington agreed saying, "It's over, it's over, it's over,". "It was fun, but now I just wish it would go away. The name supermodel? I hate it."
Personal life
Turlington has been practicing Yoga since the early 1990s and is the author of Living Yoga: Creating A Life Practice (ISBN 0-7868-6806-6). Owing to this interest in Eastern religions she went back to school in 1994 and graduated cum laude in 1999 from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study of New York University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Comparative Religion and Eastern Philosophy. Despite this interest, she has remained a practicing Roman Catholic since childhood. Previously a vegetarian, she has gone back to being a meat eater. An ex-smoker whose father died of lung cancer, Turlington is also an anti-smoking activist.
On June 7, 2003 she married actor/filmmaker Edward Burns in a ceremony with U2 frontman Bono acting father of the bride. Burns and Turlington have two children: a daughter Grace born October 25, 2003 and a son Finn born February 2006. They have a dog named 'MicSpic' after Turlington's Hispanic and Burns' Irish heritage.

Tia Carrere

Tia Carrere
AKA Althea Rae Duhinio Janairo

Born: 2-Jan-1967
Birthplace: Honolulu, HI
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: Multiracial
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Actor
Party Affiliation: Democratic
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Wayne's World
Sister: Alesaundra
Husband: Elie Samaha (m. 22-Nov-1992, div. Feb-2000)
Husband: Simon Wakelin (m. 31-Dec-2000)
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii of Filipino heritage, Carrere longed to be a singer as a child. Although she was eliminated during the first round of her 1985 Star Search appearance at the age of 17, she was spotted by the parents of a local producer while shopping at a Waikiki grocery store and was cast in the b-movie Zombie Nightmare.
Film and television career
Following this initial success, Carrere relocated to Los Angeles and, after working several months as a model, landed a first ever role in the U.S. TV series Airwolf in early 1985. Her first major break though was in the daytime soap opera General Hospital. She played the role from 1985 to 1987. She also had a guest appearance on The A-Team, which was supposed to lead to her joining the cast. Unfortunately, her General Hospital obligations prevented her from joining the team. Her character was dropped after one episode, and was never mentioned again. She also made guest appearances on the shows MacGyver ("The Wish Child") as a sexy karate instructor as well as a different assassin character in a later episode ("Murderer's Sky"), on Anything But Love as the adopted daughter of Marty Gold (Richard Lewis), and Married... with Children as Piper Bauman, a rival of Kelly Bundy's who attempted to steal a modeling job from her.
After appearing in the 1991 action film Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man and Showdown in Little Tokyo, she emerged into the public spotlight when cast as Cassandra, a rock singer and love interest of Mike Myers' character Wayne in Wayne's World (1992) - a role she reprised the next year in Wayne's World 2. A trained singer, Carrere performed all of her own songs in the two films, and the Wayne's World soundtrack features her vocals. She turned down a role in Baywatch to audition for Wayne's World. In 1992 People magazine named her to its annual "50 most beautiful people" list.
On November 22, 1992, Carrere married Italian/Lebanese producer Elie Samaha (she has since appeared in several of his films - none of which have achieved widespread success). Other roles in prominent films followed her role in Wayne's World, however, including the parts of terrorist Juno Skinner in True Lies (a 1994 Arnold Schwarzenegger action film), robber Gina Walker in The Immortals (1995), and secretary Victoria Chapell in High School High (a 1996 parody).
From 1999 to 2002, Tia Carrere starred as archeology professor Sydney Fox in Relic Hunter, a syndicated action-adventure series reminiscent of the Indiana Jones films. At this time, Carrere was featured in lad mag Maxim magazine. Relic Hunter lasted for a total of three television seasons before its cancellation. Carrere then provided the voice of Lilo's sister "Nani" in the animated film Lilo and Stitch (2002) and its spinoffs, as well as the voice of Queen Tyr'ahnee from the 2003 Duck Dodgers animated series. She also starred as Ari, a space marine-turned pirate in the 1995 adventure/puzzle game Daedalus Encounter.
She participated as a contestant on the popular reality show Dancing with the Stars but after landing on her bottom more than once, she was eliminated on February 3, 2006, placing 6th in the competition overall.
Despite using a body double for her sex scenes in Showdown in Little Tokyo, and her often expressed aversion to on-screen nudity, Carrere posed nude for the January 2003 issue of Playboy magazine. The photos were re-published in the German December 2006 issue of the magazine. In 2007, she is set to have a recurring role on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Music career
Carrere has continued to nurture her singing career. In 1993, her first solo album, Dream, was released, and went platinum in the Philippines. That same year, she was featured on the soundtrack of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, performing the ending theme, "I Never Even Told You". In August of 2003, Carrere was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by Philippine president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Her second album, Hawaiiana, was released in June 2007 and takes Carrere back to her Hawaiian roots with two-time Grammy Award winner Daniel Ho accompanying her on classic solo slack-key guitar and ukulele.
Personal life
Carrere divorced her husband Elie Samaha in February of 2000; she married again, this time to photojournalist Simon Wakelin on December 31, 2002. They have a daughter, Bianca, born September 25, 2005. Presently, she lives in Toronto, Canada.

Alexa Ray Joel

Alexa Ray JoelAlexa Ray Joel
Born January 1, 1986
Father: Billy Joel
Mother: Christie Brinkley
Alexa Ray Joel is an American singer and pianist. She is the daughter of popular pianist, singer, and songwriter Billy Joel and his second wife, model Christie Brinkley. She has credited her middle name to musician Ray Charles.
Alexa Ray Joel began writing songs at a very early age. Growing up in a musical household, her gift for singing and songwriting was always encouraged by her parents. Her deep love of music stems from as early as the tender age of two, when her father would sing and play nursery rhymes for her on the piano. Like her father, she pursued classical piano training for quite a few years before developing a knack for songwriting. She would soon find that her skills in classical piano provided a solid foundation for her songwriting.
At seventeen, she attended the Berklee College of Music's Five Week Music-Fest, where she honed her skills as a performer. She attended New York University's (NYU) Musical Theatre Program her freshman year, but by the summer started to pursue a career as a singer/songwriter.
By that fall, Alexa performed her first show at Maxwell's in Hoboken, New Jersey, followed by other gigs in the New York City area. She has most recently been performing at colleges and venues around the Northeast United States, and finished up a nationwide Hard Rock Cafe Tour in May 2006.
Alexa was scheduled to release her debut EP Sketches 29 August 2006 on her own label.
In her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Alexa stated that the ballad "Lullabye (Goodnight, My Angel)," found on her father Billy Joel's album River of Dreams, was written for her. The song "The Downeaster Alexa," on Billy Joel's Storm Front album, shares her name.
