Divini Rae (born July 31, 1977 in Fairbanks, Alaska), aka Divini Rae Sorenson, is an American glamour model and actress. She was chosen as Playmate of the Month by Playboy magazine in November, 2003 and has appeared in numerous Playboy videos and Playboy Special Editions.
Divini Rae Sorenson grew up in a remote fishing village near Fairbanks, Alaska, to parents of Swedish/English/German/Cherokee Indian origin.
"The only way to reach the village where I was born is by plane in the winter or by boat in the summer,” Divini says. Despite the long winters, Divini grew up with a disposition as sunny as her name: "My Mother told me that the first thing she thought of when I was born was that I was like a divine ray of sunshine, and that’s why she decided to name me Divini Rae."
Growing up in a log cabin without running water or electricity, Divini was an avid reader and graduated from high school with honors, one year early. She then studied psychology (major) and journalism (minor) at an Oregon college on academic scholarship before a vacation in Sydney, Australia during her junior year at school led to a permanent change of continents.
After being discovered on Bondi Beach in Sydney by a female photographer, Divini began lingerie and swimwear modeling. She then lived between Sydney and New York City for five years, doing modeling and voice-over work, before moving to Los Angeles to work as a photographer and model.
Divini also dabbled in acting while living down under, guest starring on the popular television drama Above the Law, soap opera Home and Away, and hosted a show on which she interviewed sports celebrities. “I never had any ambition to be an actress – or a model for that matter - but I had a great time working on some excellent shows and shooting some great campaigns.” Despite her humble demeanor Divini has traveled the world, graced the covers of countless magazines, and has been featured on billboards, television commercials, and bikini calendars around the world. She is known in Australia for being one of the top models chosen to grace the cover of Inside Sport Magazine, Australia's version of the American Sports Illustrated Magazine. Divini was also published as the Miss November 2003 Playboy Playmate of the Month. Divini also became known in Australia for launching her own monthly magazine, SWAY (Sydney Will Amaze You), documenting the city’s abundant restaurants, scenic attractions, celebrities, and nightlife. “Hugh Hefner granted me an interview for the special edition issue of SWAY, and that issue is now a collector’s item,” she says.
Divini went to school and received her real estate license while in Sydney, "Because I wanted to learn how to best invest my money in real estate," she explains. Now the vivacious entrepreneur is busy photographing a calendar of famous Playmates and Actresses to be featured and sold on her website, BeautybyDivini.com. “It’ll be smokin’,” she says. Divini’s enthusiasm for what lies around the corner is infectious. This is one brainy beauty whose hands are never idle. “It’s rare that I relax,” she says. “I have so much energy that I do sit-ups to feel productive while I watch the Discovery channel.” She’s just as focused about the type of men she likes. “I see the soul, not the packaging. As in, I don’t care much about looks, though I am most attracted to exotic features.” she says. “I’m only attracted to brilliant, exceptional, magnificent human beings. I notice people with inner strength, confidence, charisma, wisdom, and sophistication – those who are articulate and creative, like to read, have a silly sense of humor, and a positive, easygoing nature. I like rugged, old-school men - not boys - who treat a lady like a lady by opening doors, speaking kindly and respectfully, and always telling the truth. I’m not into the bad-boy thing or celebrity egos; just gentlemen with manners for me thanks.”
With her high I.Q. and numerous academic achievements Divini’s parents couldn't understand how she found modeling appealing. “Being called ‘smart’ all the time gets quite tiresome. I want to be acknowledged for my looks, not my brains,” Divini jokes. "And I always have enough projects going on that challenge me - I only model because I am paid quite well to do so. I won't be 'young and pretty' forever, so I may as well make the most of it now. Besides, the money I make modeling allows me to invest, save, publish, write, dabble in photography - and pursue all of my interests."
When asked about the future, Divini is quite specific about what it is that she wants. "I've always wanted to have children. I absolutely love kids. Being 'rich and famous' isn't something I've ever wanted, cared about, or striven for - ideally I'd like to be a stay-at-home-Mother and take care of my family. Family is the most important thing in the world, and I can't wait to create one someday! A peaceful, happy life full of love, laughter, and healthy children sounds idea to me... that is my dream. I'd like to live in a little house in a small, safe town, outside of any big city.... As far as career goes, I'd like to continue to invest in real estate, write children's books, and open my own spa."

Gisele Caroline Nonnenmacher Bündchen, is a Brazilian supermodel who has been acclaimed as the highest-paid model in the world. Since her introduction onto the fashion scene in the '90s she has appeared in countless billboards and magazine covers, as well as numerous TV and print ads. Bündchen is currently the face of more than 20 brands from different countries such as United States, Russia, Brazil, Italy, France, Mexico, Spain, Turkey, South Korea, Germany and Switzerland. According to Forbes, she made $33 million in 2006, adding to her estimated $150 million fortune. She is currently listed in the Guinness World Records as the "world's richest supermodel".
Gisele was born in the Brazilian town of Três de Maio in Horizontina, Rio Grande do Sul, to Vânia Nonnenmacher Bündchen, a bank clerk pensioner and Valdir Reinoldo Bündchen, a university teacher and writer. She has five sisters - Raquel, Graziela, Gabriela, Rafaela and her fraternal twin Patrícia (Gisele's junior by five minutes).
Gisele Bündchen was raised in Southern Brazil, a Brazilian region largely settled by German immigrants; both her parents are of German descent (her great-great-grandparents immigrated to Brazil in the late 19th century). Bündchen's parents are fluent in German, although Gisele does not speak it, Portuguese being her native language. Gisele studied the German language while she was at school but today she doesn't remember the language anymore.
Modeling career
Originally, Gisele wanted to be a professional volleyball player and considered playing for the Brazilian team, Sogipa. While in school, Bündchen was so thin that her friends used to call her "Olívia Palito" (Portuguese for Olive Oyl, Popeye's skinny girlfriend), and "Saracura" (a type of Brazilian shorebird). An oft-told story of Bündchen's "discovery" is that she was scouted by a modeling agent at age fourteen while eating a Big Mac at a local McDonald's.
Prior to that, in 1993, a then-14-year-old Bündchen joined a modeling course with her sisters Patrícia and Gabriela at her mother's insistence. The course, instructed by Dilson Stein, was designed for teenagers aspiring to become models. The following year, Stein took Bündchen, along with some other girls to São Paulo to give them an opportunity to walk in a big city and to be evaluated by Brazilian Elite agents. She was subsequently selected for a national contest, Elite Look of the Year, in which she placed second – Claudia Menezes, from Bahia, took first place. Bündchen placed fourth in the world contest, held in Ibiza, Spain. In 1996, Bündchen moved to New York City to begin her modeling career, debuting at Fashion Week.
Gisele's debut on the cover the July 1999 edition of Vogue Magazine, and the accompanying editorial entitled, "The Return of the Curve" is widely viewed as marking the end of the fashion's "heroin chic" era. She would grace the cover again in November and December on her way to winning the VH1/Vogue Model of the Year for 1999, and a January 2000 cover shot would give her the rare honor of three consecutive Vogue covers in a row. In 2000 she was the fourth model in history to grace the cover of Rolling Stone, when she was named "the most beautiful girl in the world".
Since her debut, she has been the face of a variety of advertising campaigns including several seasons of Christian Dior, Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana, Missoni, Versace, Céline, Givenchy, Bvlgari, Lanvin, Guerlain, Valentino, Ralph Lauren, Earl Jean, Zara, Chloé, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, and Victoria's Secret. Bündchen is also the face of several Brazilian brands like Vivo, Brazil's leading mobile company, Multiplan, Colcci and Credicard. After C&A Brazil hired her and started their television commercials, sales increased by 30%.
In May of 2006, Bündchen signed another multi-million dollar deal, this time with American giant Apple Computer. She starred in an advertising campaign to promote the new Macintosh line through the Get a Mac advertisements. She has her own line of sandals with shoes company Grendene, called Ipanema Gisele Bündchen. Forbes puts her on 53rd of their list of the most powerful celebrities of 2007 due to the success of her popular shoe line, Ipanema. Custom Ipanema flip-flops sell for as much as $230 a pair. She is also the owner of a hotel in the south of Brazil, the Palladium Executive.
Bündchen consistently works with photographers, like Nino Munoz, Mario Testino, Steven Meisel, Nick Knight, Mert and Marcus, Rankin, Annie Leibovitz, Karl Lagerfeld, Peter Lindbergh, Mario Sorrenti and Patrick Demarchelier, among others, and directors like Jean Baptiste Mondino and Bruno Aveillan.
Bündchen has also been on the covers of most of the main fashion magazines around the globe like, W, Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Allure and many international editions of Vogue, as well as style and lifestyle publications like i-D, The Face, Arena, Citizen K, Flair, GQ, Esquire and Marie Claire. She has also been featured in broader market publications such as Time, Vanity Fair, Forbes, Newsweek, Veja.
On May 1st, 2007 it was announced that Bündchen had ended her contract with Victoria's Secret. The New York Post's Page Six had reported that Bundchen left Victoria's Secret because they wouldn't raise her $5 million-a-year salary.
In July 2007, earning at an estimated total of $33 million in the past 12 months, Forbes magazine named her the world's top-earning model in the list of the World's 15 Top-Earning Supermodels.
According to Claudia Schiffer: "Supermodels, like we once were, don't exist any more." and reckons that Gisele Bundchen is the only one who comes close to earning the supermodel title.
Film career
Regarding a film career, Bündchen has said "I think it would be interesting," but counters "I'm young and I like what I do for now and I understand that everything in life happens for the moment."
She made her movie debut in the 2004 comedy Taxi, alongside Queen Latifah and Jimmy Fallon. She also made a high-profile appearance in the 2006 comedy The Devil Wears Prada.
Also in 2006, she appeared in one of Apple Incs new "Get a Mac" advertisements. In it, she is the personification of a home movie created using an Apple Mac Computer.
Gisele is rumored to be the front runner for the role of Vittoria Vetra in the upcoming Angels & Demons adaptation, the prequel to the 2006 International smash The Da Vinci Code.
Personal life
When she is not working or traveling the world, Bündchen enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog Vida (meaning "life" in Portuguese), a Yorkshire Terrier. Her first boyfriend in the United States was model Scott Barnhill, but they dated for only six months. After Scott she was also linked with hotel tycoon Vikram Chatwal and Josh Hartnett, but she never confirmed the rumors about these two.
Bündchen's most famous romance was her on/off relationship with actor Leonardo DiCaprio. They met in 2000 and dated for five years. Bündchen accompanied DiCaprio to the 77th Annual Academy Awards where he was nominated for "Best Actor" for "The Aviator." In November 2005, they broke up.
Bündchen began dating surfer Kelly Slater soon after her breakup with DiCaprio, but the two broke up by July 2006. Bündchen was briefly linked to actor Chris Evans of Fantastic Four fame. She started to date New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady before Christmas of 2006 . The couple were first seen in public in NYC leaving Bündchen's apartment in late January and in February they were widely photographed during a trip in Europe. She was rumored to be pregnant with Tom Brady's baby, but in an interview on the Spanish television show Corazón de Primavera, Bündchen finally put an end to all of the speculation stating that she is not pregnant.
Controversy
John Casablancas
Bündchen's rise to fame has not come without controversy. Like Heidi Klum and several other models, she moved from her original agency Elite Model Management to IMG. John Casablancas, head of Elite, accused Bündchen of being a stoner who slept her way to the top, though he has now stated that he was misquoted. Casablancas also filed a $15 million lawsuit against her.

Vinessa Shaw

Vinessa Shaw
AKA Vinessa Elizabeth Shaw

Born: 19-Jul-1976
Birthplace: Los Angeles, CA
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: White
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Actor
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Hocus Pocus
Father: Larry Shaw
Mother: Susan Damante-Shaw
Boyfriend: Jonathan Brandis (actor, dated 1992 during Ladybugs)
Boyfriend: Oliver Hudson (actor, ex-)
Vinessa Elizabeth Shaw (born July 19, 1976) is an American actress and model. Shaw has starred in numerous motion pictures since the early 1990s, and is probably most well-known for her performances in the 2006 remake of Wes Craven's horror picture The Hills Have Eyes, as well as the 2008 romance film Two Lovers, in which she starred alongside Joaquin Phoenix and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Childhood and early career
Shaw was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Larry Shaw and actress Susan Damante-Shaw (née Susan Jean Damante). Her family's original surname was "Schwartz". Her name, Vinessa, spelled with an "i" rather than the common "a', was a variation of her grandfather's name, Vincent. Shaw made her first formal performance in a UCLA acting camp short at age 10, and subsequently toured with children's folk singer Peter Alsop at age 11. She also signed on with the Elite Models agency in 1989 at the age of 13 before beginning her acting career , and did a few modeling jobs and commercial work throughout her earlier career.
Film career
Shaw made her film debut in a little-known-of 1981 slasher film called Home Sweet Home, which dealt with a serial killer at Thanksgiving time. She then landed parts in a handful of television roles. She played a considerably large role in Walt Disney's 1993 Halloween family film Hocus Pocus alongside Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy, Omri Katz, and a young Thora Birch. Shaw completed roles in various independent films for the remainder of the 1990s.
In 1999, she was cast in a small yet significant role by the legendary Stanley Kubrick in his final film Eyes Wide Shut, playing an HIV-positive prostitute who is encountered by Tom Cruise. In a 2008 interview, Shaw stated that director Kubrick was "very influential" to her and that he "was the first person who encouraged her to continue acting". Following her role in Eyes Wide Shut, Vinessa played parts in a handful of films including the independent 2000 mystery-drama The Weight of Water with Sarah Polley and Sean Penn; the slapstick comedy Corky Romano alongside Chris Kattan; the romantic comedy 40 Days and 40 Nights, playing the fiesty ex-girlfriend of Josh Hartnett; and a very small role in Woody Allen's Melinda and Melinda.
More low budget and independent films consumed Shaw's time until 2006, where she returned to the big screen in Alexandre Aja's remake of Wes Craven's exploitation-horror film The Hills Have Eyes, playing a young mother on a camping trip with her family who is attacked by bloodthirsty mutants in the California desert. Director Aja had wanted to cast her in the film after seeing her performance in Eyes Wide Shut. Asked why she wanted to act in a horror film, Shaw responded "Well, I guess I could be good in it since I'm so frightened of those kinds of concepts. But this one in particular really attracted me because of the filmmakers. I really thought that they had a great stance on it. Like it's very different, very heartfelt, [and] heartbreaking because of the characters involved. So that's kind of what made the difference. It was more of an actor's piece, if you can believe that, in a horror movie." Shaw was featured on the official one sheet promotion poster for the film , which was a box-office success.
Most recently, Vinessa has been seen in the 2007 remake of the classic Western film 3:10 to Yuma with Russell Crowe and Christian Bale, the indie drama film Garden Party, as well as a leading role in Two Lovers alongside Joaquin Phoenix and Gwyneth Paltrow. The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2008 and was released theatrically in February 2009.
Personal life
Shaw dated late actor Jonathan Brandis whom she met while filming Ladybugs in 1992, and later dated actor Oliver Hudson, brother of Kate Hudson and son of Goldie Hawn. She attended the famed Barnard College in New York, but dropped out to pursue acting. Shaw was attending the college when she was approached by Stanley Kubrick for her role in Eyes Wide Shut.
She is also a practicing Buddhist, and is a facilitator of the SGI-USA Buddhist Association for Peace, Culture, and Education. Shaw mentioned her practicing of the religion in an interview with the Los Angeles Times in February 2009. Shaw has been engaged to behind-the-scenes film Kristopher Gifford since 2008.

Kristen Bell

Kristen Bell
AKA Kristen Anne Bell

Born: 18-Jul-1980
Birthplace: Detroit, MI
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: White
Occupation: Actor
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Veronica Mars
Sister: Sara
Sister: Jody
Kristen Anne Bell (born July 18, 1980) is an American actress. Although her first film role was an uncredited appearance in Polish Wedding, Bell previously acted in stage and musical productions. In 2001, she made her Broadway debut as Becky Thatcher in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. After re-locating to Los Angeles, Bell landed various television guest appearances and small film parts, before she gained fame as the title role on the critically acclaimed television show Veronica Mars from September 2004 to May 2007.
During her time on Veronica Mars, Bell reprised her role as Mary Lane in the film version of Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical, a stage production she had taken part in. She also portrayed the lead role in Pulse, a remake of a J-Horror film. In 2007, she joined the cast of Heroes playing the character Elle Bishop, and Gossip Girl as the offscreen titular narrator. Additionally, she played the title character in the comedy movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Bell has received a Satellite Award and Saturn Award, and has been nominated for a Television Critics Association Award and Teen Choice Award.
Early life and family
Bell was born and raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. She is the daughter of Tom Bell, a television news director, and Lorelei "Lori" Bell, a registered nurse. Bell is of Polish and Scottish descent. Her parents divorced when she was two years old, and she has two half sisters, Sara and Jody, from her father's second marriage. Bell has a lazy eye which affects her right eye. She inherited it from her mother, who had it corrected as a child. Bell claims that if she does not get enough sleep, it furthers the ailment. She nicknames her right eye "Wonky".
At the age of four, Bell claimed she did not like her first name and opted to change it to "Smurfette" after the character in the The Smurfs. However, her mother convinced Bell to go by her middle name of Anne instead; she used the name Annie until high school. She attended Burton Elementary school in Huntington Woods where she studied singing and tap dancing.
Just before her freshman year of high school, Bell's parents decided to pull her from the public school system. She then attended Shrine Catholic High School in nearby Royal Oak, where she took part in the drama and music club. During her time at the school, she won the starring role in the school's 1997 production of The Wizard of Oz as Dorothy Gale and also appeared in productions of Fiddler on the Roof (1995), Lady Be Good (1996), and Li'l Abner (1998). In 1998, the year she graduated, Bell was named the yearbook's "Best Looking Girl" by senior class vote.
When Bell was 17, her best friend Jenny DeRita, whom she met at age 11 during a Detroit community theater production, was killed in an automobile accident. Bell said that it was "both the best and worst thing that has ever happened to me. [...] Once you learn not to take people for granted, you live a lot happier life."
Shortly after her high school graduation, Bell moved to New York and attended the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, majoring in musical theater. In 2001, during her senior year at New York University, Bell left a few credits shy of graduating to take a role in the Broadway musical version of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
Career
Early work (1992-2003)
In 1992, Bell went to her first audition and won a dual role as a banana and a tree in a suburban Detroit theater's production of Raggedy Ann and Andy. Her mother had established her with an agent before Bell was 13, which allowed her to appear in newspaper advertisements for several Detroit retailers and television commercials. She also began private acting lessons. In 1998, she appeared with an uncredited role in the locally filmed movie Polish Wedding.
In 2001, Bell left New York University to take a key role as Becky Thatcher in the short-lived Broadway musical of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. That same year she made her credited film debut in Pootie Tang. However, her one line in the film was cut and her appearance exists only as a scene shown during the credit sequence. Additionally, she auditioned for the television series Smallville for the role of Chloe Sullivan, a part eventually won by Allison Mack. In 2002, she appeared in the Broadway revival of The Crucible with Liam Neeson, Angela Bettis and Laura Linney. Bell then moved to Los Angeles, California in 2002 because of her friendship with writers Kevin Murphy and Dan Studney, and appeared in a handful of television shows as a special guest, finding trouble gaining a recurring role in a television series. Bell had "tested like eight times and booked nothing and every show [she] tested for got picked up," including auditions for Skin and a Norm Macdonald series. In 2003, she landed a role in the Hallmark Channel movie The King and Queen of Moonlight Bay.
Breakthrough (2004-2006)
In 2004, Bell appeared in the Lifetime television movie Gracie's Choice, which received one of the network's highest ratings. She made her debut in a theatrically released film, with David Mamet's Spartan, as Laura Newton, the kidnapped daughter of the U.S. President, acting alongside Val Kilmer. Bell also guest-starred on the HBO's drama Deadwood in a two-episode story arc ("Bullock Returns to the Camp" and "Suffer the Little Children").
She then won the role of the title character in UPN's drama Veronica Mars, which was launched in the fall of 2004. Created by Rob Thomas, Bell starred as the seventeen year old detective Veronica, which put her alongside actors Enrico Colantoni who played her father, Jason Dohring, Percy Daggs III and Ryan Hansen. Veronica Mars was described as "a little bit Buffy and a little bit Bogart." Bell noted the parallels between the character of Veronica and her own life - Bell's parents had divorced and her best friend had also died, like that of Veronica. The series earned positive reviews from television critics, as did Bell's performance. Some critics felt that she was overlooked, however, and deserved an Emmy Award nomination. As a writer at the tvaddict.com commented, "[Bell's] complete lack of Emmy recognition proves that voters don’t actually watch the tapes before they vote."
In 2005, Bell starred in Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical, reprising the role she played in the short-lived 2001 off-broadway musical. The musical was a spoof of the 1936 exploitation film of the same name. Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical debuted on the Showtime network on April 16, 2005. On September 18, 2005, Bell performed the theme song from Fame on the "Emmy Idol" portion of the 57th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. She and the cast of Veronica Mars were nominated for two Teen Choice Awards in 2005: "Choice Breakout Actress" and "Choice Breakout TV Show".
In 2006, Bell won the Saturn Award for "Best Actress on Television" for her acting on Veronica Mars, while the series was nominated for "Best Network Television Show". Aside from working on Veronica Mars, in April, Bell starred as Gracie in Fifty Pills, an entry for the Tribeca Film Festival. She appeared in a short independent film called The Receipt and the horror film Roman, which was directed by her The Crucible co-star Angela Bettis. Released on August 11, 2006, Pulse starred Bell as the lead Mattie. A remake of the Japanese horror film Kairo, the film grossed $27.9 million worldwide, however it garnered negative response from critics. Frank Scheck of The Hollywood Reporter commented, "despite the starring presence of Kristen Bell, [the] young actress has far less interesting material to work with here than she does as [the character] "Veronica Mars.""
Recent and future roles (2007-present)
Veronica Mars continued on UPN until the third season, in which the show was renewed and returned on the newly created The CW. On January 19, 2007 CW Entertainment President Dawn Ostroff announced that, while she was pleased with the gradual improvement of Veronica Mars's ratings, the series would be put on hiatus after February sweeps to air a new reality series, Pussycat Dolls Present. On May 17, 2007 Ostroff announced the cancellation of the series. The two-hour series finale aired in the United States on May 22, 2007, and on June 11, 2007 Thomas officially announced in an email to TV Guide's Michael Ausiello that Veronica Mars had been canceled by the CW. A Veronica Mars feature film and comic book series continuation had been discussed, and for a short time there was talk of another collaboration between Bell and creator Thomas that would be unrelated to the Veronica Mars series.
Following the cancellation of Veronica Mars, Bell had voiced interest in appearing on Heroes because she was a fan previous to being cast. On July 29, 2007, during a train ride back to Los Angeles from the San Diego Comic-Con with Heroes actors Zachary Quinto and Masi Oka, and writers from the series, the writers had mentioned that if she "ever want[ed] to come on Heroes, give us [writers] a call," to which Bell said she would love to. She was also spoken to about a role on Lost, but was not offered one despite speculation that she was to portray Charlotte Staples Lewis. Announced in August 2007, Bell was to portray Elle Bishop, a "mysterious young lady" with an "awesome power". She did not have to audition for the role of Elle, who made her first appearance in an October 2007 episode, and will appear in at least thirteen episodes during the run of the series. The casting of Bell, as Heroes creator Tim Kring explains, "was not easy to pull off", but because of the large ensemble cast of the series and multiple story arcs, "we found a way to jump into a small window in [Bell’s] schedule." Concurrently with filming on Heroes, she narrates as title character in the CW series Gossip Girl.
Shortly after the cancellation of Veronica Mars in early 2007, Bell filmed on location in Hawaii for her starring role as the title character in the Judd Apatow comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall. She noted that the improvisational comedy in the film was "a lovely experience". The film, written by and also starring Jason Segel was released theatrically on April 18, 2008. Bell lent her voice and likeness to the video game Assassin's Creed which was released on November 13, 2007 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and April 8, 2008 for the PC. In the spring of 2006, she finished filming the Star Wars-themed comedy Fanboys, which had its release date pushed to January 14, 2008. This was due to additional funding given to director Kyle Newman to shoot new scenes, however, the busy schedules of the actors only allowed for filming in September 2007, thus moving the release date to accommodate that. Bell will voice the character of Marybelle in the animated feature Sheepish, which also has a 2008 release date. She will also star in the comedy Serious Moonlight, alongside Meg Ryan. The film is in post-production and has an estimated 2009 release date. On March 31, 2008 Bell began shooting for the Mark Steven Johnson-written Disney film When in Rome in locations in Rome and New York. On October 15, 2008, TV Guide reported that Bell has signed on to co-star in Couples Retreat, a comedy chronicling four couples who partake in therapy sessions at a tropical island resort. Jason Bateman will play her husband.
Bell has also said that when she is free from film and television roles, she would like to perform on stage again.
In the media
In 2005, Bell was named by Jane magazine as "one of the 11 people you'd most like to see naked" and in 2006, Bell was selected "World's Sexiest Vegetarian" on PETA's yearly poll.[38] She was placed #68 on Maxim's 2005 "Hot 100" list, #11 in Maxim's 2006 "Hot 100" list, and #46 in Maxim's 2007 "Hot 100" list in which she was stated to have "single-handedly saved the CW from becoming the worst network ever." In 2006, Maxim also placed Bell at the top of the "Fall TV's Criminally Sexy Investigators" List. In 2008, she was featured at #59 on Ask Men's Top 99 Women of 2008 List. Reflecting on her admitted popularity with "geeks", Bell was voted the fourth sexiest woman on TV by the staff at Wizard magazine.
She claims to have never thought of herself as womanly because she "always play[ed roles] and look[ed] and act[ed] 10 years younger than [she is]", however as she explains, "Something magical happened when I turned 25 — I looked in the mirror and was like, You might not get carded for an R-rated movie anymore. Like I didn’t have a little stick figure anymore." Bell has said that many of the characters she has played are tomboys because she was "not homely enough to play the nerdy girl and not nearly pretty enough to play the pretty girl".
Bell has been associated with the idea that "nerdy is the new cool", and she explains, "what was previously perceived as nerdy is now viewed as original. What I like about nerdiness, geekiness, is it doesn’t really matter what you’re into — it just means you’re not a follower." She has also said, "I love nerds. Comic-Con junkies are the tastemakers of tomorrow. Isn't that funny? The tables have turned." Vanessa Juarez of Entertainment Weekly commented that Bell's role on Veronica Mars, Heroes and as a Star Wars fanatic in the upcoming Fanboys has "solidif[ied] her placement at the center of the geek universe", while Rodney Rothman stated, "I guess she's cornered the market on losers." Bell's work is often compared to Sarah Michelle Gellar's portrayal of the titular character on the cult television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Frank Scheck of The Hollywood Reporter stated that Bell was "arguably the television successor [to Gellar's portrayal of Buffy] when it comes to fighting bad guys."
Despite "new celebrity" status, Bell claims that she is not concerned because "no one ever recognizes [her] anyway". As Bell explains, "I hang out with Hayden quite a bit — they never take pictures of me. I just step to the side, and I push myself in front of her when she wants to get out of it, or put her in the car."
Personal life
At age 11, Bell became a vegetarian. In an interview with PETA, Bell stated, "I have always been an animal lover. I had a hard time disassociating the animals I cuddled with — dogs and cats, for example — from the animals on my plate, and I never really cared for the taste of meat. I always loved my Brussel sprouts!" During her time in Michigan, Bell fostered animals from Michigan Humane Society and she now supports the San Diego-based Helen Woodward Animal Center. Bell often attends fund raisers for the ASPCA and other non-profit organizations dedicated to protecting animals. She owns a Welsh Corgi-Chow Chow mix named Lola, a Welsh Corgi-Chihuahua mix named Shakey, and a black Labrador Retriever named Sadie, who was 11 years old when she was rescued from Hurricane Katrina and adopted by Bell in 2005. She and many of those who worked on Veronica Mars, including friend Ryan Hansen, are involved with the charity organization Invisible Children Inc. The goal of the organization is to create awareness regarding the plight of Northern Ugandans who are caught in the midst of a civil war between the government and Joseph Kony's Lord's Resistance Army. Bell has shown her support for the Writers Guild of America in the writer's strike, appearing in the picket lines in December 2007 stating, "the writers are just looking for some fairness."
Bell has also done a public service announcement for Do Something's great Healthy Living Campaign.
In 2007, Bell ended a five-year relationship with former fiancé Kevin Mann, and went on to date actor Dax Shepard. She told Complex magazine that dating "makes me want to vomit. And not out of grossness — OK, a little bit out of grossness, but just nerves." Bell explains, "I’ve always been a serial monogamist."
As she is a Detroit native, she is also an avid fan of the Detroit Red Wings hockey team.

Brandy Alexandre (born on July 17, 1964 in Huntington Beach, California) is an American adult actress.
Background
Alexandre was born to Mormon parents as the youngest of three sisters. Although raised in the Mormon faith, as an adult she has professed to be an atheist, calling it "science over superstition." She dropped out of high school as a teenager, and later passed an equivalency exam.
Career
Her entry into pornographic films was influenced by her association with Bill Margold, with whom she shared an apartment in the mid 1980s. Margold suggested that she enter a Miss Nude contest, which she did, and won. Soon after, Alexandre entered the pornographic film industry. Alexandre has suggested that she began performing in pornography to annoy her then ex-boyfriend, who had introduced her to Margold during their relationship, in an effort to convince her to perform in pornography. Alexandre first performed in a "catfight" video, Showdown at the Errogenous Zone (1985), where she turns into a mannequin. Her first on-camera sex scene was in a video in the gay male genre, Best Friends 2 (1987). Though her chosen stage name is the name of a cocktail, Alexandre says she adopted the name because of the meanings of the two names: Brandy means "brave leader," and Alexandre means "leader of men." The spelling of the last name is French.
In 1991, Alexandre directed, produced, wrote, and starred in Cheeks 5: Cop A Feel. Alexandre is widely regarded as the first woman to have done this in the adult video industry. This video received a nomination for the AVN Award for Best Director. Alexandre also directed, produced, and wrote the 1992 video Best Butt(e) in the West, her last adult film performance. Other industry nominations include Best Sex Scene for the video Making Tracks (1991), and Best Supporting Actress for the video Mystic Pieces (1989).
Alexandre left the adult industry in 1992. Her most recent pornographic work continued to be released into 1993.
Post-adult career
In 1991, Alexandre appeared on the TV show The People's Court, suing ex-boyfriend John Stagliano for royalties from the movie Buttman Goes To Rio, as well as pain and suffering caused by the break-up of the relationship, asking for a total of $5,000. She was not awarded penalties for pain and suffering, but she was awarded the sum of $1,228 for royalties, as well as an appearance fee. Judge Joseph Wapner was quoted in his ruling: "If I let you get away with money damages because you took the break-up harder than he did, every woman in California who's ever been jilted would be filing suit tomorrow."
After leaving the adult film industry, Alexandre returned to working as a secretary, which was a position she had held before entering pornography. For three years, she worked as a secretary at Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks & Mortuaries in Southern California. When internet users notified her employers of her past work, Alexandre was fired from her job. Alexandre later received a legal settlement for an undisclosed sum. Alexandre has since been known for her opinion that adult actors should only be referred to by their industry aliases, even in reference works, unless the actor has publicly revealed their true name, or, by their activities, caused their name to be revealed in the mainstream media.

Weight: 114 lb
Measurements: 34C-24-34
Eye color: Blue
Hair color: Red
Race or Ethnicity: White
Sexual orientation: Bisexual
Occupation: Pornstar

Justine Joli is the stage name of an American adult model and pornographic actress.
Early life
Joli grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, splitting her summers between a farm in Hannibal, Missouri and Crested Butte, Colorado. She did ballet from age 3 to age 15, and was also active as a tagger in St. Louis with the handle "Live". In her late teens, she moved to the Los Angeles area with her mother.
Career
In 2000, Joli was working in the Glendale Galleria when she was noticed by porn director Kris Kramski and asked if she was interested in doing some modeling. Joli claims that Kramski's ulterior motive was to get her into a threesome with him and his girlfriend, but that she was only interested in the girlfriend and not him. Joli did not end up working with Kramski, but Kramski did pass her audition photos along to adult industry talent scout Roy Garcia, who promptly found work for her in adult modeling and films. Her first shoot was with Stephen Hicks. Joli notes that her mother drove her to her audition and all of her jobs for the first six months of her career because, "I was terrified to drive there".
At the beginning of her career, she worked extensively in men's magazines, appearing in numerous issues of Penthouse and Hustler, shooting six days a week for six months. She appeared on the cover of the March 2002 issue of Hustler and was the September 2007 Penthouse Pet of the Month. She was also a popular web model, appearing on sites such as ALS Scan, Matt's Models, and Danni's Hard Drive.
Her first film shoot was for Andrew Blake During her first several years in adult films, she appeared mainly under the name 'Swan' and 'Hope', though in her appearances in Andrew Blake's films, she appeared simply as Justine. Eventually, she adopted the name Justine Joli. "Joli" was a pet name she had for one of her old lovers and means "pretty" in French, while "Justine" comes from her obsession with the Marquis de Sade character, Justine.
In her early work, under the name Swan, she typically had light blonde hair, a schoolgirlish appearance, wore relatively little makeup, and often wore glasses. In later work, under the name Justine or Justine Joli, she has red hair, a glamour or fashion model look, and is more heavily made up and fashionably dressed.
Joli describes herself as bisexual (being "60/40" in her preference toward men and women, respectively) in real life and is particularly noted as a girl-girl actress in adult films. As of 2007, she has not done any boy-girl scenes in an adult film, stating "I'm not comfortable doing boy/girl". However, early in her career, she did do explicit heterosexual photoset with porn photographer Peter Romero for the website POV Porn, though these photos were later removed from the site at her request. Joli also appears alone in many movies and photosets, either as a glamour or fetish model or in solo masturbation scenes. She's also done some BDSM porn and in her personal life she has described herself as "hardcore sub".
Although as of 2007, she has never won an AVN Award, she has been nominated on several occasions – four nominations for "Best All-Girl Sex Scene – Video" (2003, 2005, 2006, 2007), three nominations for "Best Tease Performance" (2003, 2004, 2006), and one nomination for "Best Solo Sex Scene" (2007).
Joli has appeared twice on both The Howard Stern Show and The Opie and Anthony Show.
She's also captured in Edouard Salier's short movie, "Flesh" which describes the life and death of Manhattan during a fictional 9/11. She will also appear (along with porn stars Charlotte Stokely, Charmane Star, Erika Vution, and Stacey Adams) in the blaxploitation spoof Black Dynamite.
Personal life
Joli is a self described geek with a love of anime, science fiction, Macs and cartoons. She is also into nude sports, such as naked bungee jumping and naked whitewater rafting. She was romantically involved with porn director DCypher for several years.
She has on numerous occasions described herself as bisexual.

Birthplace: Hildesheim, Germany
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: White
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Actor
Nationality: Germany
Executive summary: Helen of Troy
Brother: Stefan (younger)
Husband: Guillaume Canet (French actor, m. 1-Sep-2001, div. 2006)
Diane Kruger is an actress, model, and former dancer whose ballet career was cut short by an injury. So instead of dancing, she became a top supermodel in Paris, where, in her spare time, she trained at the elite private French theater school Ecole Florent.
Her first name, though it's spelled "Diane," is pronounced "Dion," like Celine Dion.
She made her movie debut in the Christopher Lambert action movie The Piano Player, and has worked in several French-language films. She married the director of her second film, Mon Idole (My Idol), Guillaume Canet.
She starred in Troy, an adaptation of Homer's epic poem The Iliad. The poem is 3,000 years old, hated by high school and college kids everywhere required to read it, but the surviving cliché about Helen of Troy is that she's supposed to be the most beautiful woman in the world. She's the face that launched a thousand ships, remember?
Troy was supposed to make Kruger a star, but that remains to be seen. She has since appeared in Wicker Park with Josh Hartnett and National Treasure with Nicolas Cage.

AKA Ashley McCall Scott

Born: 13-Jul-1977
Birthplace: Metairie, LA
Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: White
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Actor
Nationality: United States
Executive summary: Dark Angel
Ashley McCall Scott (born July 13, 1977) is an American actress. She is known for her work on television and in film, including her roles in the television series Dark Angel, Birds of Prey, and Jericho.
Ashley Scott began her career as a young girl when she began modeling. While living in Charleston, S.C. she entered a Millie Lewis Convention. Though she forgot her TV commercial, she was so good on recovery, that she won her division. After Millie Lewis and her sophomore year of high school, the 15 year old went to New York to pursue her modeling career. She traveled, trying different markets and eventually became a Model for Elite Miami. She settled in Miami, was an active catalogue model, and a Giorgio Red Spokesmodel. As a young woman, she modeled internationally, and graced the runways at fashion shows in Miami, Paris and London.
She has appeared on the cover of the prestigious Hollywood Reporter and has been tracked by photographers from such publications as WWD, US Weekly and Cosmo Girl.
Ashley decided to give acting a go and one of her first auditions was with Al Pacino.
She didn't win the role, but her audition tape for the Al Pacino film landed in the offices of DreamWorks. She was then cast in another film that led to her first significant big screen credit, a few eye catching seconds as Gigolo Jane in the feature film AI: Artificial Intelligence where she shared screen time with Jude Law's Gigolo Joe.
In 2001 she also broke into TV when she was cast as Asha Barlow in the second season of FOX's hit sci-fi show Dark Angel. It was her first real acting role. Her character was an ally to cyber journalist Logan Cale (Michael Weatherly) and part of a group formed to expose government corruption. The Dark Angel people liked her enough to try to revise the formerly bookish character to fit Ashley's personality and they also quickly upgraded her from a guest star to a cast member.
In February 2002, while still featured in her recurring role on Dark Angel, the announcement came that she was cast as Helena Kyle a.k.a the Huntress (a superhero) in the pilot for the possible upcoming WB series about post-Batman Gotham and a trio of female crime fighters known as the Birds of Prey (a series loosely based on the DC comic of the same name). Ashley did do most of her own stunt work for the pilot episode of Birds of Prey.
She gained a few fans as Huntress in the WB's Birds of Prey in the Fall of 2002, but that show unfortunately had a short run and ended mid-season. Ashley followed her work on Birds of Prey with feature films and has been in such films as S.W.A.T., Trespassing, Walking Tall, and Into the Blue.
She was originally cast in the pilot of the NBC Matt LeBlanc sitcom Joey in 2004, but she was replaced by Andrea Anders. She had a minor role in the movie Just Friends (2005), as a nurse. From 2006 to 2008 she played Emily Sullivan in the CBS drama Jericho, during its entire two season run.
Her latest project is the movie 12 Rounds, which was scheduled to be released on March 13, 2009.

Jesse Jane is an American pornographic actress and model.
Early life
Jane was a military brat who grew up on various military bases in the Midwestern United States. She did extensive dance training and was a varsity cheerleader at her high school in Rose Hill, Kansas.
Career
After being one of the top finalists in a local model search, Jane began working as a model for retail outlets such as 5-7-9 and David's Bridal. This work gained her a job doing a television commercial for Hooters restaurant. She also entered Hawaiian Tropic beauty contests, one of which led to her winning a walk-on role in the 2003 made for television movie Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.
In August 2002, she was named "Miss Photogenic" by the American Dreams Pageant, and shot commercials for the pageant's sponsors. She embarked on a career as a top bikini model, although she did have a desire to perform in pornography. Jane read an article on Tera Patrick which said that Patrick worked for adult-film production company Digital Playground. She contacted them and was quickly signed to a contract. Her first scene was with Devon in the film No Limits. Within months of winning the contract, she appeared on Showtime Network's Family Business, where she was filmed at the Adult Video News' awards show and convention.
In 2004, Jane appeared in the first WMV-HD-DVD porn movie Island Fever 3, filmed on Tahiti and Bora Bora. This title was also one of the first HD DVD porn movies in 2007.
Jane appeared on the cover of Texas-based metal band Drowning Pool's second album Desensitized and was featured in the music video for the album's first hit single "Step Up". Jane states that Drowning Pool is one of her favorite bands.
On The Tonight Show with Jay Leno during a 2005 "Jay Walking" segment, she gave her name as "Cindy", and said that she currently worked at Hooters. An adult magazine cover featuring her as Jesse Jane was then shown onscreen.
In 2005, she was featured as UnRated Magazine's Vixen, to launch the favorable music review magazine's new edition of Vixens. The films in which Digital Playground cast Jane, such as No Limits, Beat the Devil, and Loaded, proved popular enough to warrant her own line of sex toys, as well as secure nominations for several awards. She starred in the erotic film series "Pirates".
Jane co-hosts (with fellow Digital Playground contract performers Devon and Teagan Presley) the live, Internet-based, adult industry talk show DP Tonight. The show features industry gossip, adult film star guests and audience/host interactivity.

Background
McIntosh has two older sisters called Katherine and Olivia and is the half sister of Jason Donovan, himself a former Neighbours star. Her mother Sue McIntosh, is a former newsreader for ABC News and now a senior executive at Channel 10. She attended Firbank and then Melbourne Girls Grammar School, which she left to pursue her career on Neighbours.
Career
Actress
McIntosh's acting debut was in the film The Wilde Girls alongside Olivia Newton John as well as the Australian kids' TV show, The Legacy of the Silver Shadow, both small guest appearances.
In 2003, McIntosh became a regular on Australian soap opera Neighbours playing character "Sky Mangel". For her performance in Neighbours, she was nominated for the "Most Popular New Female Talent" award at the 46th Annual TV Week Logie Awards held in 2004, but lost to Isabel Lucas from Home and Away. She left the series when her contract expired in April 2007 to pursue her singing career.
On May 25, 2008, an article in the Herald Sun stated that McIntosh has been in LA for months, meeting with potential agents and managers hoping to make it big over there. She has landed a number of high-profile auditions over there, including a role in the film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, McIntosh failed and the role was given to Isabel Lucas, and she has reportedly been sounded out regarding several high-profile shows in Australia.
A follow-up article in the Herald Sun on June 26, 2008 has stated that she got a callback for the lead role for a new CBS series called Harper's Island, and has landed an audition for the new Beverly Hills 90210 series. More tryouts in the US are scheduled for later on in 2008,. She has said she will carry on trying until the end of 2008, saying "You never know when the lucky audition is going to come along. You can have 1000 unlucky auditions but all you need is one lucky one. And it would be devastating to come home just before it comes along."
Singer
McIntosh's music career began in 2004 when her version of the song "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" was included on the album The Spirit of Christmas 2004.
In April 2006, McIntosh signed a five-album deal with Universal Music Australia.
The two years that McIntosh spent making the album was turned into a reality TV show The Steph Show, produced by Tom Nichols and Arnon Woolfson. The show debuted on Network Ten on July 28, 2006, the day before the release of her debut single Mistake, and finished on September 15, 2006, the date the music video for her second single Tightrope was released. Successive albums have failed to appear, and rumours suggest she has been dumped by her label.
Her debut single "Mistake", was released on July 29, 2006 and premiered on Australian radio on June 26, 2006. It debuted on the ARIA Charts at #3, and was certified Gold in August 2006, with shipments of over 35,000 units.
"Tightrope", the second single to be lifted off the album, made the Australian top 20, but failed to chart as well as "Mistake". The album debuted and peaked at #4 on the ARIA Charts and at #1 on the Australasian Charts and was also accredited Gold.
The third single to be lifted from the album, "So Do I Say Sorry First?", did not do as well as her previous singles, peaking at number #34 on the ARIA Singles Chart.
A special repackaged edition of the album Tightrope was released on March 19, 2007. At her appearance on Habbo Hotel on March 8, 2007, McIntosh confirmed that the repackaged edition will feature remixes of the singles released from Tightrope as well as the bonus track "Catching My Breath". She also confirmed that a second season of The Steph Show is in the pipeline, however this increasingly looks unlikely. McIntosh was also nominated for "Spankin' New Artist" at the 2006 MTV Australia Video Music Awards, at which she also performed. Stephanie performed "So Do I Say Sorry First?" and struggled with part of the song where she was without musical backing, and her performance was cut from later screenings of the showThis was the second time she had struggled livefollowing a poorly received performance on The AFL Footy Show.
"Mistake" was the debut single released from Tightrope in the UK, with McIntosh promoting the album there in June 2007.[8] Mistake was available in the UK for download only on June 18, 2007, with its physical release being a week later on June 25, 2007. McIntosh did a lot of promotional work on British radio and TV. Mistake debuted at #168 on the UK Singles Chart purely on downloads before reaching its peak of #47 upon its physical release.
The album, Tightrope, was originally supposed to be released in the UK on July 2, 2007, but was delayed to August 20, 2007 due to the single Mistake not doing so well. In the weeks leading up to the release it peaked at #11 on the UK Top 100 Pre-order Albums Chart before its release, but failed to chart on the UK Albums Chart. "So Do I Say Sorry First?" was released as the second UK single. It was available in the UK for download only on August 6, 2007 and then its physical release would have been a week later on August 13; however, several days after the download release date, it was announced that "So Do I Say Sorry First?" would be a 'download exclusive' single. It later peaked at #258 on the UK Singles Chart.
McIntosh began performing at University bars and nightclubs across the UK in September 2007, which ended in November 2007 in an attempt to build her popularity with UK fans. In 2008 she started to focus more on her acting career.
Other works
As a child she also did some modelling work.
McIntosh was also approached in 2008 to be part of Dancing with the Stars in Australia, but has not appeared in the new series.
Personal life
McIntosh has been dating St Kilda football player Nick Riewoldt. They have decided to split up after 4 years, but remain good friends. There have been rumours that McIntosh was romantically linked to actor Adrian Grenier during his stay in Australia, but she has recently denied these rumours.

Elizabeth Hendrickson

July 03, 2009
Elizabeth Hendrickson
Born: July 3, 1979
Location:Northport, New York, U.S.
Elizabeth Hendrickson (born July 3, 1979) is an American actress. Her big break came when she was cast as character Frankie Stone on the daytime drama All My Children. Her equally popular role of Maggie Stone, the character's identical twin, launched the character into iconic status as one half of supercouple Bianca Montgomery and Maggie Stone.
Following her departure from All My Children, Hendrickson has guest starred in several primetime shows. In 2008, she joined the cast of The Young and the Restless as fashion vixen Chloe Mitchell.
Early life
Elizabeth Hendrickson was born in New York City. Her family later moved to Northport, Long Island, and maintained a home there. At an early age, Hendrickson showed an interest in the performing arts. "Artistic people have always surrounded me," she stated in an Q&A interview, citing her actor/artist family as her inspiration for wanting to become an actress. "Their talent and love for the arts continue to inspire me and always will." By age 5, Hendrickson was tap dancing on tabletops at family weddings. As she aged, her love for performing deepened.
“ My first play was in fourth grade, Johnny Appleseed. By the time I was in sixth grade, I knew that I wanted to be an actress. My dream has always been to be on Broadway. In eighth grade, I was one of the six finalists for New York for The Mickey Mouse Club. But I goofed on my screen test. It was my first professional audition. I heard the advertisement on the radio and I dragged my mother there. My favorite performance was my role in The Music Man my senior year in High School. I played Minnie. I had so much fun playing the little pipsqueak, it was so me! ”
Hendrickson studied musical theatre at Syracuse University for two years before returning to New York. She transferred to Fordham College in her sophomore year.
She auditioned for the roles of Bianca Montgomery, Rain Wilkins and Pine Valley High cheerleader Mindy on the daytime drama All My Children, but others were cast in the parts. She tried out as Guiding Light character Michelle Bauer Santos, a role that eventually went to actress Rebecca Budig.
Career
All My Children
In 2001, when All My Children head writer Richard Culliton wanted to set up a murder storyline, he created character Mary Frances Stone (referred to onscreen as "Frankie"). Hendrickson was cast in the part. Her character was set to be the lesbian girlfriend of Bianca Montgomery (Eden Riegel) and be killed in 3 months. It was deemed unlikely that a homosexual pairing on a soap opera would be successful, but fan reaction to the Bianca and Frankie pairing was unprecedented. Unfortunately, the Culliton murder storyline could not be rewritten, so Frankie was killed and Bianca's mother, Erica Kane (Susan Lucci), was seen standing over her corpse holding a gun.
This prompted uproar in the soap opera community, and producers quickly thought up a way to bring the actress back to the show. Rather than rewrite Frankie's murder, the writers created her identical twin sister, Mary Margaret Stone (better known as Maggie), in 2002. Maggie quickly became instrumental in solving her sister's murder.
Storyline tension was created when it was revealed that unlike Frankie, character Maggie was not gay. This, however, did not stop Bianca and Maggie (fondly referred to in soap circles as BAM) fans from becoming very vocal about their support for the couple. After several heterosexual pairings involving Maggie did not work on the show, the writers began to develop a deepening relationship between the two characters. Eventually, Maggie kissed Bianca, moments before Bianca's lover, Lena Kundera (Olga Sosnovska), walked in.
Bianca and Maggie became one of the most demanded couples in soap opera history. Hendrickson subsequently gained a loyal lesbian following. In 2006, Lesbianation.com, self-proclaimed as the leading online community for lesbians, voted her on their top ten list of Women We Love. The following year, Hendrickson again made the list.
A popular role for Hendrickson, she portrayed Maggie until February 2005. Onscreen, Maggie exited Pine Valley with Bianca, traveling with her and her daughter, Miranda, to live in Paris. In late 2005, during Bianca's visit to Pine Valley, it was revealed that Maggie and Bianca had become lovers offscreen. In real life, Hendrickson and former castmate Eden Riegel have since separately moved to Los Angeles, and are pursuing other acting ventures. Riegel, however, did return to All My Children for a year, as part of a major storyline in late 2006, early 2007. Hendrickson returned again in January 2007 for a short 3-week stint. Her last airdate was February 7, 2007 when her character returned to Paris.
Other roles
Since leaving All My Children, Hendrickson has earned guest starring roles in the television shows Medium, Cold Case, CSI: Miami and an uncredited role in Criminal Minds. She was to guest star on an episode of Criminal Minds titled Doubt on April 25, 2007, in the role of Katie, but the episode was pulled in deference to the tragedy at Virginia Tech and similar subject matter. The episode became the Season 3 premiere instead.
Hendrickson has since signed on in the role of Chloe Mitchell, a fashionista who stirs up trouble on the daytime drama The Young and the Restless. It was revealed on the August 29, 2008 episode that the character is actually Kate, daughter of Katherine Chancellor's maid, Esther.
Hendrickson is currently starring in the web series Imaginary Bitches with Riegel.

Lindsay Dee Lohan is an American actress, model, and pop singer. Lohan started in show business as a child fashion model for magazine advertisement and television commercials. At age 10, she began her acting career in the soap opera Another World; at 11, she made her motion picture debut by playing identical twins in Disney's 1998 remake of The Parent Trap.
Lohan rose to stardom with her leading roles in the films Freaky Friday, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Mean Girls and Herbie: Fully Loaded. Her subsequent roles include appearances in A Prairie Home Companion and Bobby. In 2004, Lohan launched a second career in pop music yielding the albums Speak (2004) and A Little More Personal (Raw) (2005).
Lohan's personal life has been a frequent subject of celebrity and tabloid journalism.
Acting career
Early success
Lohan began her career with Ford Models at age three, but found little work as a fashion model. She persisted and eventually appeared in more than 100 print-ads for companies like Toys "R" Us. She also modeled for Calvin Klein Kids (usually with siblings Michael and Ali) and Abercrombie Kids.
Lohan's first auditions for television work did not go well; by the time she tried out for a Duncan Hines commercial, she told her mother that she would give up if she did not get the job. She was hired, and went on to appear in over 60 commercials, including a Jell-O spot with Bill Cosby. Her ad work led to roles in soap operas, and she was already considered a show-business veteran in 1996 when she landed the role of Alexandra "Alli" Fowler on Another World, "where she delivered more dialogue than any other 10-year-old in daytime serials" of the time.
Lohan gave up Another World for the big screen when director Nancy Meyers cast her to play the dual roles of the estranged twin sisters who try to reunite their long-divorced parents (Dennis Quaid and Natasha Richardson) in the 1998 remake of The Parent Trap. Trap was well-received for a family comedy, bringing in US$92 million worldwide. Film critic Janet Maslin found Lohan's dual performances so forceful "that she seems to have been taking shy violet lessons from Sharon Stone." Critic Kenneth Turan called Lohan "the soul of this film as much as Hayley Mills was of the original, and … she is more adept than her predecessor at creating two distinct personalities".
She starred in two original television movies, Life-Size (2000) (with Tyra Banks) and Get a Clue (2002). She also played Bette Midler's daughter in the first episode of the short-lived series, Bette (2000), but Lohan, then 14, quit when the production moved from New York to Los Angeles. In 2001, she hosted the ABC-TV commercial series commemorating Walt Disney's 100th birthday during a rebroadcast of The Parent Trap.
Rise to fame
Following a brief hiatus, Lohan won a lead role in another Disney remake: Freaky Friday (2003), starring Jamie Lee Curtis. Lohan's character in the movie was originally written as a Goth, but she did not think anyone would relate to that, and decided to dress in a preppy style for her audition, and the character ended up being re-written. Through 2005, Friday was Lohan's biggest commercial film success, earning US$160 million worldwide. In 2004, Lohan was given the lead in two films, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (her first feature that was not a remake) and Paramount's Mean Girls, both released in 2004. Drama Queen was a modest success at the box office, grossing about US$30 million, but was a failure with critics. "Though still a promising star, Lohan will have to do a little penance before she's forgiven for Confessions," Robert K. Elder wrote.
Far more successful was Mean Girls, her first PG-13 (and first non-Disney) film. Her breakout lead performance pushed the critical and commercial hit to gross US$128 million worldwide, "cementing her status as the new teen movie queen," wrote Brandon Gray. "Lohan dazzles us once more," said Steve Rhodes. "The smartly written script is a perfect match for her intelligent brand of comedy." Mean Girls was scripted by Tina Fey and featured several alumni of Saturday Night Live; Lohan was asked to host the show three times, in 2004, 2005, and 2006.
With Mean Girls Lohan's public profile was raised significantly and paparazzi began following her. Lohan's attitude to the paparazzi and tabloids is ambivalent. She has said that while she doesn't ask them to follow her, if they're not around she wonders if it means people are bored of her or no one cares anymore. Her manager worked with the paparazzi during the shooting of Labor Pains to encourage the media to show Lohan working, as opposed to partying.
In 2005, Lohan became the first living person to have a "My Scene Goes Hollywood" doll released by Mattel. She also voiced herself in the direct-to-DVD feature film based on the dolls.
Lohan returned to Disney in 2005 for Herbie: Fully Loaded, the fifth film in the Herbie series. Her popularity allowed her to choose from a wider variety of projects; Lohan felt the post-college character she portrayed in Herbie would help her make the transition into more grown-up roles. Fully Loaded earned US$144 million worldwide. Vanity Fair described Herbie as Lohan's "first disastrous shoot"; how she—stressed out from issues in her personal life and strained from trying to record her first album during the shoot—eventually ended up hospitalized with a kidney infection. The magazine also recounted how Lohan terminated Herbie's European promotional tour, and how Disney de-emphasized her on the movie poster due to "un-Disney-like behavior".
Lohan's next film in wide release, Just My Luck, opened in May 2006 to poor reviews and earned $38 million worldwide.
Independent movies and career interruptions
Following Just My Luck, Lohan focused on smaller roles in more mature, independent movies. In June 2006, A Prairie Home Companion, in limited release, ended its run earning $25 million globally. "Lohan rises to the occasion, delivering a rock-the-house version of 'Frankie and Johnny'," wrote Peter Travers. Lohan completed filming the independent Emilio Estevez film, Bobby, in December 2005; the film was released in theaters on 23 November 2006, earning $19 million worldwide. While Bobby received generally mixed reviews (45% on Rotten Tomatoes), Lohan got some praise for her performance, particularly a scene opposite Sharon Stone.
She then appeared in Chapter 27 as a John Lennon fan who befriends Mark David Chapman (Jared Leto) on the day he murders the singer. It was filmed in New York between January and March 2006. The film had trouble finding a distributor for the United States and received a very limited release. Chapter 27 was widely panned by critics.
On May 11, 2007, the drama Georgia Rule, in which Lohan starred alongside Felicity Huffman and Jane Fonda, was released. The production received adverse publicity when a letter from a studio executive to Lohan criticizing her professionalism was made public. James G. Robinson, CEO of the film's production company, wrote: "You and your representatives have told us that your various late arrivals and absences from the set have been the result of illness; today we were told it was 'heat exhaustion'. We are well aware that your ongoing all night heavy partying is the real reason for your so-called 'exhaustion'." The film received mostly negative reviews and grossed US$24 million worldwide.
After entering a rehabilitation facility in January 2007, Lohan withdrew from a film adaptation of Oscar Wilde's A Woman of No Importance, her publicist stating that Lohan needed to "focus on getting better". During her stay, she was allowed to continue shooting her latest film I Know Who Killed Me, returning to the center at night. Production on the film was previously halted when Lohan underwent appendix surgery earlier in the month. Lohan also dropped out of The Edge of Love in late April 2007, just before filming was to begin with the director citing "insurance reasons" and Lohan later explaining that she "was going through a really bad time then." Lohan was then cast in the film adaptation of Poor Things. She ultimately lost, or perhaps withdrew from, the part following her May 2007 DUI arrest, although the film's producers voiced support for her decision to once again enter rehab.
On July 24, 2007, Lohan—in the wake of her second DUI arrest—withdrew from a scheduled appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to promote her starring role as a stripper in the thriller-mystery film I Know Who Killed Me. Lohan plays a young woman who appears to suffer from split personalities after being rescued from a serial killer. The film premiered "to an abysmal $3.5 million" and made $9,595,945 at the box office worldwide. and earned Lohan two nominations for worst actress at the Golden Raspberry Awards. She came in first and second, tying with herself.
Entertainment Weekly quoted the head of a major film studio as saying, "Her career was over long before she had these troubles ... Right now, she'd have to pay a studio to get herself into a movie." The article continues, "There's the L.A. bar scene that serves underage stars and Hollywood's compulsion to turn child actors into products, plus a frenzied 21st century media culture that has made Lohan and other celebs into exotic prey in flashbulb cages." ABC News quoted publicist Michael Levine as calling Lohan unemployable "for the next 18 months." The head of a talent agency agreed, noting that her personal issues likely made the insurance and other costs required for any film production to proceed prohibitively expensive. James Robinson, the producer of Georgia Rule, stated he would still like to work with her. "She's a good person who's making some bad choices. She needs time to get the proper medical care, but when she's in the right emotional state, I'd put her in a movie right away ... She's probably one of the most talented young women in the movie business today."
In May 2008, Lohan appeared on ABC's Ugly Betty television series, her first screen appearance since I Know Who Killed Me. Subsequently guest starring in a total of four episodes, spanning seasons two and three in 2008, Lohan played Kimmie Keegan, an old schoolmate of America Ferrera's character Betty Suarez.
Lohan's latest film project, Labor Pains, in which she plays a young woman who pretends to be pregnant to avoid being fired, is not being released to theaters in spring 2009 as originally planned. Instead, it will appear as a TV movie on the ABC Family cable channel in July 2009 and be released on DVD a month later.
It was announced in May 2009 that Lohan has landed the lead role in the upcoming 2010 film The Other Side, alongside Jason Lee, Woody Harrelson, Alanis Morissette and Eddie Izzard. She will star as a grad student who discovers a mystery involving the strange residents of a remote island.
She is also set to appear in Dare to Love Me which is also slated for a 2010 release.
Music career
Hoping to become a triple threat - actor, singer and dancer - like her idol, Ann-Margret, Lohan began showcasing her singing talent through her films. For the Freaky Friday soundtrack, she sang the closing theme, "Ultimate"; she also recorded four songs for the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen soundtrack.
Producer Emilio Estefan, Jr. signed Lohan to a five-album production deal in 2002. "The minute I heard her sing, I knew she was gifted," he said, "and [she] has an incredible ability to connect with her audience. I am very excited to be working with her." Lohan — who said she was "extremely excited" — added, "I am surrounded by a group of very talented people." Two years later, Lohan signed a recording contract with Casablanca Records, headed by Tommy Mottola. In 2006, Lohan was switched from Casablanca to Motown Records by Universal Music Group.
Speak (2004)
Her debut album, Speak, was released in December 2004, and peaked at number four on the Billboard 200. By early 2005, it was certified Platinum. Though primarily a pop album, Speak was introduced with the single "Rumors", described by Rolling Stone as "a bass-heavy, angry club anthem". Its sexually suggestive video reached number one on MTV's Total Request Live and was nominated for Best Pop Video at the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards. "Rumors" eventually earned a Gold certification in America.
The album spawned the second single "Over" and the third single "First." which was featured in Lohan's 2005 film Herbie: Fully Loaded. The music video also featured Herbie the Love Bug. Both music videos were directed by Jake Nava, who also directed the music video for "Rumors."
"With just two hit films under her belt, Lohan decided it was time to turn [herself] into a multimedia, cross-platform star," wrote Stephen Thomas Erlewine of Allmusic, "And so Speak was recorded quickly and rushed into the stores". He called her music "a blend of old-fashioned, Britney-styled dance-pop and the anthemic, arena rock sound pioneered by fellow tween stars Hilary Duff and Ashlee Simpson. [However,] Lohan stands apart from the pack with her party-ready attitude and her husky voice."
A Little More Personal (Raw) (2005)
In December 2005, her second album, A Little More Personal (Raw), debuted at number 20 on the Billboard 200 chart, but fell under the top 100 within six weeks. Slant magazine called it "contrived ... but for all the so-called weighty subject matter, there's not much meat on these bones." A Little More Personal (Raw) was certified Gold on 18 January 2006. The music video for the album's first single, "Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father)" — directed by Lohan and featuring the acting debut of her sister, Ali — was a dramatization of the pain Lohan says her family has suffered at the hands of her father. She said "It's kind of offensive... I hope he sees the positive side of the video rather than the negative". It was Lohan's first song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at #57.
2008-present
Lohan started work on a third album in 2007. Lohan stated that she wants the album to be dance, hip-hop, and R&B - "kind of Kylie Minogue-meets-Rihanna." She was working with a wide range of producers and songwriters, including J. R. Rotem, Stargate, Ne-Yo, Akon, Snoop Dogg, Timbaland, Bloodshy & Avant, Christopher "Tricky" Stewart, The-Dream, Thaddis "Kuk" Harrell,[82] Pharrell Williams, 50 Cent, and Sam Sparro, among others. In May, 2008, a song entitled "Bossy" was leaked and later officially released as a "buzz single" from the album and received a favourable reaction from consumers. Bossy became Lohan's first single to enter the Hot Dance Club Play chart, and her first #1 hit on this chart.
On November 13, 2008, Access Hollywood reported that Lohan has been avoiding calls and e-mails from her Motown manager about finishing work on the album, feeling “on the defensive.” “I just — I didn’t want to,” she explained. “With my other records, I kind of just did it, just to do it.” Lohan said she struggled while working on her movies and music at the same time and wants to avoid the stress of simultaneous major projects in the future. “I want to be able to focus and balance my life,” she continued. “So, I can enjoy each thing as I do it and as it comes”. Lohan also stated in the interview that she called back her manager to resume work on the album. As a result the album, reportedly titled "Spirit in the Dark", was not released on November 4, 2008 as scheduled. A new release date has not been announced. Tracks that were confirmed and scheduled to be on the album were "Bossy", "Problem Solver", "Washing My Hands", and "Playground" featuring Pharrell, which was slated to be released as the album's first single in September 2008.

Personal life
Family background and education
Lohan was born on July 2, 1986 in New York City and grew up in Merrick and Cold Spring Harbor on Long Island in New York. She is the eldest child of Donata "Dina" (née Sullivan) and Michael Lohan. Lohan has three younger siblings, all of whom were child models: Michael Jr., who appeared with her in The Parent Trap, sister Aliana, who is also an actress, and Dakota, the youngest Lohan child. Lohan is of Irish and Italian heritage and was raised as a Catholic.
Her maternal family were "well known Irish Catholic stalwarts" in Merrick, with her great-grandfather, John L Sullivan, being a co-founder of the Pro-life Party in Long Island. Lohan attended public school on Long Island and was a cheerleader. She finished her studies at home through Laurel Springs School of Ojai, California.
Lohan's parents have a turbulent history. They married in 1985, separated when she was three, and later reunited.
Lohan's father has been in trouble with the law repeatedly. He was a Wall Street trader and in the late 1980s he served a four year sentence for stock fraud. Lohan has said her mother only told her that he was busy working. He went to jail in 1998 for a probation violation, and in 2000 after violating an order of protection to prevent him from seeing his children.
Following one separation when Michael Lohan was not allowed near the children, Dina went to live with the children at her parents' because they were afraid to live in their own home. Lohan spoke in 2007 about her younger siblings: "I feel like a second parent in the sense that I helped raise my family." And speaking about her parents' conflicts: "I was put between my mother and father a lot. Well, I would put myself between them to try and keep the peace, and I felt good doing that."
In December 2005, Michael and Dina Lohan signed a separation agreement. According to Vanity Fair, Dina Lohan accused Michael of threats and domestic abuse in the legal papers. Michael Lohan in turn insinuated through the media that Dina had been drinking and doing drugs, possibly together with Lindsay. In 2007, Lohan's parents announced that their divorce proceedings had been finalized.
Despite the conflicts, Lohan calls herself "a family girl" and has spoken very fondly of her family, including her father. However, in 2007 and again in 2008 she stated that she is no longer in contact with him, describing his unpredictable behavior as hard to deal with.
Lohan has suffered from asthma since the age of two. Despite this she is a smoker.
Following Mean Girls in 2004 Lohan spent several years living out of hotels in Los Angeles, two of those years at Chateau Marmont. In fall 2007 she settled down in more permanent residency, and later explained that she spent so much time in hotels because she "didn't want to be alone" but that "it wasn't a way of life ... not very consistent."
Legal troubles
Lohan has had a series of car accidents that have been widely reported, with minor crashes in August 2004,[136] October 2005, and November 2006, when Lohan suffered minor injuries because a paparazzo who was following her for a photograph hit her car. Police called the crash intentional, but prosecutors said there was not enough evidence to file criminal charges.
Lohan is well known on the celebrity party scene. In 2006, Lohan attended Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
On January 18, 2007, Lohan checked herself in to the Wonderland Center rehabilitation facility. Through her representative, she issued a statement saying, "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health". Lohan checked out on February 16, 2007 after completing a 30-day stay.
On May 26, 2007, Lohan lost control of her car and ran the vehicle up a curb. Beverly Hills police also found a "usable" amount of cocaine in her car and the police lab detected cocaine in her blood. After receiving treatment for minor injuries, Lohan was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Two days later, Lohan entered the Promises Treatment Centers rehabilitation facility, where she stayed for 45 days.
On July 24, 2007 the police found Lohan by a parking lot in Santa Monica having a "heated debate" with her former assistant who was fired several hours earlier. After failing field sobriety tests Lohan was taken to a police station where her blood alcohol level was found to be above the legal limit. While conducting a search, the police found a small amount of cocaine in her pocket. Lohan was booked on a felony charge of possession of cocaine and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
In August 2007 Lohan entered Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Sundance, Utah for a third stint at rehabilitation, staying until discharge on 5 October 2007.
On August 23, 2007, Lohan pleaded guilty to cocaine use and driving under the influence and was sentenced to one day in jail and 10 days community service. She was also ordered to pay fines and complete an alcohol education program, and was placed on three years probation. “It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs,” Lohan said in a statement. On November 15, 2007, Lohan served only 84 minutes in jail. A sheriff spokesman cited overcrowding and the nonviolent nature of the crime as reasons for the reduced sentence.
Political positions
In 2004, Lohan stated that she did not like to talk about politics because she did not want to risk alienating any part of her fanbase. However, in 2006 she expressed an interest in going to Iraq on a USO tour with Hillary Clinton. During the 2008 US presidential campaign, she offered her services to Barack Obama's election effort, including hosting events aimed at young voters; but her offer was declined, reportedly because the campaign considered her "not exactly the kind of high-profile star who would be a positive for us." She nonetheless weighed in publicly on her choices in that election, urging voters to support Obama, criticizing media coverage of vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, and posting MySpace blogs describing Palin as homophobic, anti-abortion and anti-environmentalist.
Relationships
Lohan began dating singer Aaron Carter in 2001. It was reported that Carter left Hilary Duff for Lohan, but soon broke up with Lohan and resumed dating Duff.[161] On March 23, 2007, Claymation facsimiles of Lohan and Duff appeared on the celebrity wrestling series Celebrity Death Match episode "Where's Lohan?". Duff and Lohan were later reported to have been involved in a feud with each other over their relationship with Carter. In 2007, Duff and Lohan had reconciled. Lohan attended the release party for Duff's album Dignity and Duff told People magazine that she thought Lohan was "fun" and "a nice girl".
Lohan started dating Wilmer Valderrama in 2003, though the couple were not seen together until May 2004 and didn't go public with their romance until Lohan's 18th birthday bash at the Hollywood nightclub Avalon two months later; the couple broke up in late 2004.[164] Lohan has also dated Pink Taco restaurant owner Harry Morton[165] and British TV personality Calum Best.
While seeking treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah, Lohan met and began dating Riley Giles; however, in late November 2007, it was announced that they had split up. Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan said, "[Riley] took desperate measures to hurt Lindsay because she broke up with him".
In 2008, several media outlets began commenting on Lohan and Samantha Ronson, who were regularly seen being affectionate in public. In July 2008, several newspapers, including The Times and Los Angeles Times, published opinion pieces describing their relationship as romantic. Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, has been very outspoken in his disapproval of Lohan's relationship with Samantha Ronson, and on September 24, 2008, Lohan wrote a response to him via e-mail to the New York Post: "Samantha is not evil, I care for her very much and she's a wonderful girl ... She loves me, as I do her." Lohan opened up about her relationship with Ronson in the December 2008 issue of Harper's Bazaar magazine. She stated, "I think it's pretty obvious who I'm seeing ... I think it's no shock to anyone that it's been going on for quite some time ... She's a wonderful person and I love her very much." While speaking about her sexual orientation, Lohan said she was not a lesbian, but when asked if she was bisexual, she responded "Maybe. Yeah." She then added, "I don't want to classify myself." Lohan said her family, with the exception of her father Michael, had been supportive of her relationship with Ronson. The couple broke up in early April 2009. Lohan was interviewed about the break up in Us Weekly.
